Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) チユーブ側に水をそしてシエル側に冷媒を
供給するようにしたシエルアンドチユーブ型熱交
換器からなり、チユーブの実質的長さ部分の内壁
温度を零度℃以下であつて−５．８℃以上に維持
しつつチユーブ内に通水することにより、チユー
ブ出口から零度℃以下の過冷却水を連続的に吐出
させるようにした過冷却水製造器において、シエ
ル壁にチユーブの一端を開口させ、この開口端か
ら過冷却水を気中に吐出する構成とし、この過冷
却水が吐出するチユーブの開口端の外縁部を断熱
性材料層からなるシエル壁で支持すると共に、こ
の断熱性材料層に電熱線を取付けたことを特徴と
する過冷却水製造器。 (2) 断熱性材料層は、断熱性ゴムシートからな
る最外層と樹脂層からなる中間層およびガラスビ
ーズ充填層からなる内側層によつて構成され、中
間層に電熱線が埋設される請求項１に記載の過冷
却水製造器。 (3) 断熱性材料層は、断熱性ゴムシートからな
る最外層、樹脂層からなる内側層とによつて構成
され、内側層に電熱線が埋設される請求項１に記
載の過冷却水製造器。
