Claims (1)
- 口頚部２を起立する容器体１と、該容器体の口
頚部へ、頂壁５から垂下する周壁を離脱不能に嵌
着させると共に、上記頂壁中央部に注出孔８を穿
設したキヤツプ本体４と、該キヤツプ本体の後方
上部とヒンジ部１４を介して連結されて、キヤツ
プ本体頂壁５の上面を覆い、かつ上記ヒンジ部を
中心とする起伏回動により上記注出孔８を開閉す
る蓋板１３とを有し、上記キヤツプ本体頂壁５の
周縁から垂下する周壁の下端部へ、蓋板１３前部
の下端から垂下する封止腕１８下端の鉤部１９を
係止させると共に、上記封止腕の上端部を、蓋板
前部の押上げにより破断可能な破断部２０に形成
し、かつ該破断部の左右両側に位置して蓋板前部
の前面に破断部保護突片２１ａ，２１ｂを付設し
たことを特徴とするキヤツプ付き容器。
