[Detailed description of the invention] (Field of industrial application) The invention is an entrance floor panel that is installed on the entrance dirt floor of various types of houses.
The present invention relates to the structure of a floor panel for an entrance consisting of a substantially rectangular panel installed and supported in a horizontal or substantially horizontal position on the upper surface of a base material installed on an entrance dirt floor, and a rising portion integrally connected to one end of the panel.

(Conventional technology) Floor panels such as those described above are produced as units in a factory and are much easier to construct on-site than finishing the entrance earthen floor with mortar or tiling, shortening the construction period and reducing construction costs. It saves money and has good water drainage, making it especially useful as a residential entrance where it is required to completely and completely prevent water from leaking downstairs, such as in apartment complexes.

In order to achieve this kind of practical effect, what has been known as a unitized entrance floor panel is, for example,
As disclosed in Publication No. 36752 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 113129/1983, the entire panel is made of glass fiber reinforced thermosetting resin (FRP), glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC), or metal plates such as iron plates. It had a single-layer structure.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, conventional floor panels with a single layer structure as described above do not have enough hardness and mechanical strength to withstand repeated surface impacts and loads caused by people entering and exiting, etc. In order to obtain strength, if only FRP is used, it is necessary to use a huge amount of expensive glass fiber and to increase the wall thickness considerably, resulting in a very high material cost. In the case of boards, the wall thickness is thinner than that of FRP to obtain the same mechanical strength, but on the other hand, it is heavier, and it is difficult to carry it to the site and work on site. However, there was a trade-off between cost and weight. In addition, since the entrance is the most visually conspicuous entrance to a house, it is not sufficiently decorative, which is highly desired.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The structure of the entrance floor panel according to the present invention devised to achieve the above object is as described in detail at the beginning, and at least the panel is reinforced with glass fiber. It is a laminate of plywood with a sandwich structure with thermosetting resin layers formed on both the front and back sides, and a resin concrete layer made of aggregate hardened with thermosetting resin, and a transparent resin layer is applied to the surface of the resin concrete layer. It is unique in that it is constructed from materials.

(Function) According to the entrance floor panel according to the present invention having such a characteristic structure, a layer of plywood having a sandwich structure having glass fiber-reinforced thermosetting resin layers on both the front and back sides and a resin concrete layer containing aggregate is laminated. The mechanical strength such as impact forces and bending that are repeatedly applied due to people entering and exiting the building are mainly borne by the plywood of the Sanderch structure described above. Therefore, the required performance of this type of panel can be fully met while increasing the amount of glass fiber used and increasing the thickness of the entire panel. In addition, the scattered state of aggregate, which is the main component of the resin concrete layer, can be seen through the transparent resin layer coated on the surface of the resin concrete layer, and it may be possible to create a decorative material similar to marble or granite. The transparent resin layer compensates for the surface brittleness and wear of the resin concrete layer.

As clearly shown in FIG. 2, the entire panel 1 including the rising portion 2 is made of a sandwich glass fiber reinforced thermosetting resin layer, specifically a glass fiber reinforced polyester resin layer 1A, 1B formed on both the front and back surfaces. It is a laminate of a structural plywood 1C and a resin concrete layer 1D which is mainly composed of calcium carbonate CaC0 and granite, which are examples of aggregates, and hardened with thermosetting resin, specifically polyester resin.
Moreover, it is constructed by coating and forming a transparent polyester resin layer 1E on the surface of the resin concrete layer 1D. In this embodiment, the rising portion 2
Although the entire panel 1 including the above layered structure has the above-mentioned laminated structure, it may be only a portion of the panel.

(Effect of the invention) As is already clear from the detailed explanation above,
Since the present invention is a laminated composite of plywood sandwiched with a glass fiber-reinforced resin layer and a resin concrete layer, the amount of glass fiber used has been reduced compared to the conventional examples listed above. A floor that is low cost, light in weight, and easy to handle and install on site, yet has sufficient surface hardness and mechanical strength to withstand repeated impacts and loads. You can get the panel. In addition, the surface of the resin concrete layer can be seen through the transparent resin layer to see how the aggregate is scattered, and while it can produce the high-class decorative effect seen in marble or granite, the surface of the resin concrete layer is brittle. And wear can be protected by this transparent resin layer.
