[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Technical Field] The present invention stores a spacer material in a breathable inner bag made of paper or the like holding an adsorbent such as activated carbon,
This invention relates to a vacuum insulation material in which the inner bag is vacuum sealed inside an outer bag made of laminate film.

As shown in FIG. 2, a conventional vacuum insulation material 1 is made by mixing an adsorbent 3 such as activated carbon into a spacer material 2 such as an inorganic powder such as perlite or calcium silicate, a fiber such as glass wool, or an organic foam such as foamed polyurethane. The inner bag 4 is sealed in a breathable inner bag 4 made of paper or woven fabric, and the inner bag 4 is made of plastic,
An adsorbent 3 such as activated carbon is inserted into an outer bag 5 made of a laminate film made of metal foil, metallized film, etc., or between an inner bag 4 in which the spacer material 2 is enclosed and an outer bag 5 as shown in FIG. There is one in which a suction bag 6 filled with gas and having good air permeability is disposed, the inside of the outer bag 5 is evacuated in a vacuum device, and the opening of the outer bag 5 is thermally welded.

However, the outer bag 5 of these vacuum insulation materials 1 is
As it is not strong enough to withstand use as an exterior material for refrigerators, etc.,
The vacuum heat insulating material 1 is disposed between the inner wall 8 and the inner wall 8, and the foam heat insulating material 9 is injected and foamed to protect and fix the vacuum heat insulating material 1, thereby forming a heat insulating wall 10.

In this case, the fluorocarbon gas generated from the foamed heat insulating material 9 passes through the outer bag 5 and enters the vacuum heat insulating material 1, reducing the degree of vacuum and the heat insulating properties.

However, in the conventional vacuum insulation material 1, the adsorbent 3 is mixed into the spacer material 2 as described above, or the adsorption bag 6 is provided between the outer bag 5 and the inner bag 4, and the foamed insulation material 9 is removed. In the former case, most of the fluorocarbon gas that has passed through the outer bag 5 is adsorbed by the adsorbent 3 scattered near the surface of the spacer material 2; Since some adsorbents 3 hardly contribute to adsorption, the adsorption efficiency of the vacuum insulation material 1 as a whole is poor, and a large amount of adsorbents 3 must be mixed. In addition, in the latter case, the adsorbent 3 is located at one location outside the spacer material 2, and although the entire amount of the adsorbent 3 contributes to adsorption, the fluorocarbon gas that has entered from a location away from the adsorption bag 6 is not adsorbed. Ku,
The vacuum heat insulating material 1 having this structure also had poor adsorption efficiency for the adsorbent 3.

Incidentally, the inner bag 4 of the vacuum insulation material 1 is for preventing the spacer material 2 from scattering when vacuuming.

The present invention aims to effectively utilize the adsorbent by forming the inner bag with an adsorption sheet made of paper, cloth, or activated carbon fiber that is breathable and retains an adsorbent such as activated carbon. The vacuum insulation material can maintain a predetermined degree of vacuum over a long period of time.

In addition, the inner bag 17 is formed into a bag shape by adhering or impregnating an adsorbent such as activated carbon to a sheet of breathable paper or nonwoven fabric, or by using a woven fabric made of activated carbon fibers. This is to adsorb the fluorocarbon gas that has passed through the outer bag 18 and to prevent the spacer material 16 from scattering during vacuuming.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, the inner bag, which itself has an adsorption function, is located on the entire outer periphery of the spacer material, so that it immediately adsorbs the fluorocarbon gas that passes through the outer bag. The thermal insulation properties can be maintained over a long period of time with a small amount of adsorbent.

In addition, since the inner bag doubles as a fluorocarbon gas adsorbent and a bag, the structure of the vacuum insulation material is simplified, and there is no need to mix the adsorbent into the spacer material as in the past, making it cheaper to manufacture. It has the remarkable effect of being able to
