Recently, the exterior walls of houses have become popular for their design, and more and more walls have straight horizontal joints. When constructing an exterior wall with this kind of appearance, the conventional dry construction method uses panels as shown in Figure 1a.
After pouring A 1 , fit panel A 2 and pour it to form a wall surface, or as shown in figure b, panel A′ 1
It was common practice to cast panel A'2 , then hook panel A'2 onto the engaging portion of panel A'1 , push it upward, and cast panel A'2 to form a wall surface. However, with the above construction method, the mating panels have to be pushed upward or lifted during construction, making construction time-consuming and inefficient, and the degree of engagement cannot be clearly identified, resulting in uniform joints. It has disadvantages such as being difficult to form and lacking in aesthetic appearance. Furthermore, since the joints of the above-mentioned panels have a single-ply engagement structure, they have the disadvantage of being inferior in waterproofness and heat insulation.

The present invention eliminates these drawbacks, improves the waterproofness and workability of the joints, and provides a construction panel with excellent heat insulation properties.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of a construction panel (hereinafter simply referred to as a panel) according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing an example of the above-mentioned panel. The main body 1 is made of a thin metal plate such as a colored steel plate, stainless steel plate, copper plate, aluminum plate, or galvalume steel plate, and has a rectangular decorative surface 2 and both ends thereof. The cross section is formed into a substantially concave shape from side walls 3 and 4 whose edges are vertically or inclinedly bent. Reference numeral 5 denotes a male connecting portion, and a fitting groove 6 is formed by bending the lower end of the side wall 3 inward to have a substantially U-shaped cross section;
The lower edge of the insertion groove 6 protrudes outward, the tip thereof is folded back inward, and the insertion edge 7 extends inward as it is. Note that, if necessary, the tongue piece 8 can be formed by folding back the end of the insertion edge 7 in a seam shape. 9 is a female type connecting part and side wall 4
A protruding piece 10 whose lower end protrudes outward and then folds back inward, an engaging groove 11 whose lower end end is bent into an inverted U-shaped cross section, and a lower edge 1 of the engaging groove 11.
1a extending outward, a protrusion 13 parallel to the side wall 4 and protruding in the direction of the decorative surface 2, and an acute angle with the tip of the extension part 12 facing outward. Draining tongue piece 1 bent at an angle θ
It is composed of 4. Furthermore, a guide piece 15 is provided by bending the tip of the draining tongue piece 14 inward and extending it along the tongue piece 14 to a point below the extension part 12. Reference numeral 16 denotes a core material which is filled by discharging it as a raw material into the concave portion of the main body 1 , reacting and foaming it, and is also formed on the back surface of the extension part 12, and is mainly used as a heat insulating material or an adhesive. , lightweight raising materials, cushion materials,
Functions as a sound absorbing material and a non-moisture absorbing layer. Examples of this material include synthetic resin foams (hereinafter simply referred to as foams) such as polyurethane foam, polyisocyanurate foam, phenol foam, vinyl chloride foam, polyamide foam, polyethylene foam, and polyimide foam, or mineral fibers added to these foams, such as glass wool,
Foam containing rock wool, asbestos, or lightweight aggregates such as perlite, shirasu balloons, and vermiculite, borax , and sodium metaborate; It is to be filled in one piece through the tube. Reference numeral 17 denotes a back material, which covers the back surface of the core material 16, and mainly functions as a release material when forming the core material 16, a protective material for the core material 16, and a member for forming a sandwich structure between the panel and the core material 16. The materials include, for example, asphalt felt, synthetic resin sheet, asbestos paper, metal foil (A, PB,
Cu, Fe), a laminate of one or more types of kraft paper, or a sheet-like material made of kraft paper treated with waterproofing and flame retardant treatment. To explain in more detail, W 1 is the distance from the tip of the insertion edge 7 to the deepest part of the insertion groove 6, W 2 is the distance from the tip of the insertion edge 7 to the notch 16a of the core material 16, Assuming that the distance from the deepest part of the groove 11 to the tip of the protruding piece 10 is W 3 and the distance from the deepest part of the engagement groove 11 to the outer surface of the guide piece 15 is W 4 , W 1 = W 3 , W 2 = There is a W 4 relationship. If there is such a relationship, the third
As shown in the figure, when two panels are connected,
The protruding piece 10 is inserted into the fitting groove 6, and the insertion edge 7 is inserted into the engaging groove 11. The insertion edge 7 is pushed to the left in the drawing by the protrusion 13, and
Push the protruding piece 10. Since the protruding piece 10 presses against the wall on the left side of the figure in the fitting groove 6, elasticity acts, and strong sealing properties are exhibited here. on the other hand,
The draining tongue piece 14 sinks into the back material 17 of the adjacent panel, forming a four-fold seal, completely preventing rainwater from entering the frame. Further, the guide piece 15 prevents the foam from overflowing to the surface during panel manufacturing, and also allows the side edges of the panel to be straight.

Assume that the panel shown in FIG. 2 is constructed as shown in FIG. 3. Therefore, the trunk 18
Then, drive the panel with nails 19. Next, insert the insertion edge 7 of the Panelo into the engagement groove 11 of the Panelo, drop the protruding piece 10 of the Panelo into the insertion groove 6 of the Panelo, and attach the other end of the Panelo to the extension part 12 (not shown). ) is cast onto the furring rim 18. In order to form the wall surface in this way, the wall body can be formed by dropping the panels in order from the lower panel to the upper panel.

What has been described above is only one embodiment of the panel according to the present invention, and the panel may also be formed as shown in FIGS. 4a to 4f. That is, figure a shows a panel in which the end of the insertion edge 7 is bent in the direction of the core material 16, figure b shows a panel in which the insertion edge 7 is extended to the notch 16a, and figure c shows the guide piece 15 bent in the direction of the core material 16. A panel that has been extended and bent to the back side, Figure d shows the core material 1 at the bottom of the extension part 12.
A panel in which lightweight aggregate 20 such as perlite and shirasu balloons is added to 6b, and figure e is a concave groove 2 on the decorative surface 2.
The panel provided with
5 is also a coated panel. Note that the panel according to the present invention can be used not only horizontally but also vertically.

As described above, according to the panel according to the present invention, the construction method is a drop-in type, which makes the work easier and improves efficiency. The engagement structure is 2
Since it is heavy, the engagement force is strengthened. Excellent waterproof properties due to the formation of 4-ply packing. The guide piece of the female connecting part prevents the side edges of the panel from wobbling and forms a straight straight line. The guide piece of the female connection part can prevent the core material from flowing out onto the surface during panel manufacturing.
Since there is a core material at the bottom of the joint, it has good insulation and waterproof properties.
