Claims (1)
- 射出スリーブに圧送給湯した溶湯を金型のキヤ
ビテイに充填加圧させる射出プランジヤの中空の
プランジヤロツドの先端に袋状の孔部を有するプ
ランジヤチツプを取付け、基端からプランジヤロ
ツド中空部内に、同中空部より細径で前記プラン
ジヤチツプ孔部内に開口する配水管を設け、冷却
水を基端から前記開口部を経て中空部内に循環さ
せ、中空部外へ排水するよう成した射出プランジ
ヤの冷却水回路において、冷却水を蓄留しておく
冷却水タンクと、冷却水タンクと前記プランジヤ
ロツド中空部とを結ぶ管路と、前記配水管基端と
冷却水タンクとを結ぶ管路と、同配水管基端と冷
却水タンクとを結ぶ管路中に設けた排水ポンプと
から成る射出プランジヤの冷却水回路。
