Claims (1)
- 溶湯を貯える保持炉にグースネツクの元端を接
続するとともに、保持炉内に前記グースネツクの
溶湯通路と連通するプランジヤ穴および保持炉内
の溶湯をプランジヤ穴内へ吸入する吸込口を有す
るプランジヤスリーブを配置し、このプランジヤ
スリーブのプランジヤ穴内にプランジヤチツプを
摺動自在に設けるとともに、このプランジヤチツ
プに射出シリンダを連結したホツトチヤンバダイ
カストマシンの射出ポンプにおいて、前記グース
ネツクおよびプランジヤスリーブの材料よりも線
膨脹係数の小さい材料で形成したガードリングを
、グースネツクとブランジヤスリーブとの接合面
外周に前記溶湯の熱により焼ばめ状態で嵌合させ
た、ことを特徴とするホツトチヤンバダイカスト
マシンの射出ポンプ。
