Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify manufacture of a board connector, and improve the workability and mass productivity by splitting a split board part, separating it from a printed board to form a board, and installing the board to a board holder for forming the board connector. CONSTITUTION:A slit 22 is formed in part of a board 18, a split groove is provided perpendicularly to the slit 22, so a split board part 24 having an edge part 20a is formed, and a conductive strip 20b is formed in this split board part 24. A lead is then exposed from both end parts of a cable 19 of a predetermined length, and one side of the lead is inserted into a hole 18a in a pattern in a printed board and fixed by solder, while the other side of the lead is inserted into a hole 24a in a pattern in the split board part 24 and fixed by solder. A board 5 is then pinned by inserting a pin 21 through pin hoes 13, 14 provided at a bracket part 12 for composing a board connector 2.

That is, a rectangular opening 25 is formed in the bottom plate portion 1a as shown in FIG. A notch 26 wider than the width is formed. Then, the board connector 2 is inserted into this opening 25 and the board connector 2 is installed on the bottom plate part 1a. In this case, the spring piece part 15 of the board holder 4
5b, these spring pieces 15 are elastically deformed inward, the protrusion 16 is fitted into the notch 26 of the opening 25, and the shoulder 15a of the spring piece 15 is positioned on the lower surface side of the bottom plate 1a. At this point, the spring piece 15 is displaced outward (spring back), and the receiving part 17 of the board holder 4 comes into sliding contact with the upper surface of the bottom plate part 1a, that is, the side edge of the opening 25, and the board connector 2 is supported. As described above,
When the spring piece 15 is inserted into the opening 25, it is pushed slightly toward the end surface of the board holder 4, and the protrusion 16 of the spring piece 15 is fitted into the notch 26 with some elasticity, and the spring piece The portion 15 is given some springiness.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, the present invention provides a connector device including a board connector mounted on the moving body side and a card edge connector mounted on the main board side and fitted with the board connector. The connector is separated from the printed circuit board by splitting the split board section, and then connected to the printed circuit board via a cable cut to a predetermined length, and the connector insertion section of this board is inserted into the board holder to remove the board. Since the cable is attached to a board holder, a split board section with a connector insertion section is prepared in advance on a part of the printed circuit board, and the lead wires are stripped from both ends of the cable that has been cut to a specified length. The negative lead wire can be soldered to the printed circuit board, and the other lead wire can be soldered to the split board. Connections can be made using solder flow, eliminating the need for crimping and other work. This improves workability. In addition, since the board connector is constructed by mounting the board on the board holder, by using this board holder, it is not only possible to attach the board at any position 1, but also to change the pattern of the connector insertion part of the board. can be protected.

In addition, the present invention has a method in which a split board part having a connector insertion part is created in advance on a part of the printed circuit board, and when a pattern is formed on the printed circuit board, the pattern and conductive strips are simultaneously formed on the split board part. The cable is cut to a predetermined length, and the nut wires are stripped from both ends of the cable. One lead wire is inserted into the hole in the pattern of the printed circuit board and fixed with solder, while the other lead wire is split. Insert it into the hole in the pattern on the board and fix it with solder.
The board is created by splitting the split board part and separating it from the printed circuit board, and then attaching the board to the board holder to create the board connector, which simplifies the production of board connectors and improves workability and mass production. .

(2) A split board part having a connector insertion part is created in advance on a part of the printed circuit board, and a pattern and a conductive strip are formed on this split board part at the same time as the pattern is formed on the printed board, and a predetermined pattern is formed on the split board part. Strip the lead wires from both ends of the cable that has been cut to length, connect one lead wire to the pattern on the printed circuit board, and connect the other lead wire to the pattern on the split board section. A method for manufacturing a connector device, characterized in that a board is formed by splitting the board and separating it from a printed circuit board, and the board is mounted on a board holder to create a board connector.
