Claims (1)
- ダイプレートのダイ孔内に複数のコアロツドを
配設し、このダイ孔内に粉末材料を充填して、ア
ツパーパンチにより加圧することにより、コアロ
ツドに対応する複数の縦孔を備えた成形品を形成
する粉末成形用金型において、上記コアロツドの
基端部を挿入し位置決めするコア立てを、ダイベ
ース上に固定したコアホルダの上部に上下複数段
設けると共に、上記上下複数段のコア立てをコア
ホルダの上部にその中心部を中心に回転可能に取
付け、上記各コア立てに形成するコアロツド基端
部の挿入孔を円周上に上下交互に配設し、上記コ
ア立て上面よりコア押えをコアホルダに締付け固
定するよう構成したことを特徴とする粉末成形用
金型におけるコアロツドの固定装置。
