    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体チツプを横に並べて多数搭載されたリー
    ドフレームを載置し、ステツプ状に送る搬送装置
    と、この搬送装置で送られた前記半導体チツプの
    特性検査し、良否を判定する測定部と、この測定
    部の良品判定信号により、前記半導体チツプ附近
    のリードフレームの所定部に穴を明けるポンチ及
    びその機構とを有することを特徴とする半導体装
    置用中間選別装置。
