  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 リードフレームに配線基板を貼着し、この配線
    基板の表面に形成された電極ランド上に、導電性
    ペーストの塗布層を介して外部電極付きチツプ部
    品をマウントしたものにおいて、 前記電極ランドと対向する外部電極付きチツプ
    部品の下面中央に第１の磁性体塗布層を形成し、
    かつ、左右一対の並列配置された２個の前記導電
    性ペースト層間の中心位置に、前記第１の磁性体
    塗布層と反対の極性を有する第２の磁性体塗布層
    を形成してなる混成集積回路装置。
