- 所望のチツプ部品を絶縁材料のパツケージで封
止するＩＣ部品において、そのパツケージ１０の
側面からリードピン２０が突出する少なくともピ
ン基部を除く外表面１１，１２，１３，１４に導
電膜３１，３２，３３，３４を相連続させて形成
し、この導電膜３１，３２，３３，３４をグラン
ド側に接続するリードピン２０ａと導電膜３５で
連結してなることを特徴とするＩＣ部品。
