Detailed Description of the Invention (Field of Industrial Application) The present invention relates to an expansion joint, more specifically, a cover material is provided in the gap between building frames through a spring member and an elastic member, and is used to prevent uneven settlement and vibration. This invention relates to an expansion joint that expands and improves the ability of a spring to respond to the relative displacement of both building frames caused by such factors.

(Prior art) In general, expansion joints installed in building frames with gaps are
As shown in Publication No. 49-31936, a supporting member is fixed to each building frame, a plurality of spring members are attached to the supporting member along the gap, and a cover material is fixed only to the spring member. Alternatively, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 57-80509, a spring receiving member is arranged between each building frame, and a cover is inserted between the spring receiving member and the cover material via a spring. There are known methods for attaching materials. All of these have a structure in which the cover material is attached via springs, so when the opposing building frames move in relatively different directions due to uneven settlement, vibration, etc., the spring member and spring receiver A spring member such as a member is bent to prevent the cover material from deforming, and the cover material can respond to the displacement. However, there is a limit to the deformation of a spring member, and if it bends beyond this spring stress limit, one spring member alone will not be able to withstand the deformation pressure and will not return to its original shape. Sometimes I put it away.
For this reason, after the structural change is completed, the pressure of the cover material against the building frame is lost, and a gap is created between the two, which may cause the cover function to be impaired or the cover material to fall off. To solve this problem, it is possible to increase the elasticity of the spring, but this has the disadvantage that the adhesion strength of the cover material to the building frame is reduced.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above problems, the expansion joint according to the present invention fixes supporting members to building frames provided at intervals, and fixes them to each of these building frames. Both sides of a plurality of spring members arranged at intervals within the gap are attached to the supporting member, and the gap is attached to the supporting member via the spring member or a holder for attaching a cover material attached to the spring member. In an expansion joint to which a cover material covering is fixed, a fixing member is protruded from the center of the cover material or a holder for attaching the cover material to the back side, and the fixing member is passed through the center of the spring member. The present invention is characterized in that an elastic member is interposed between the tip of the fixing member and the back surface of the center portion, and a holding mechanism is provided for holding the fixing member in the center of the spring member.

(Operations and Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the expansion joint of the present invention, the elasticity of the spring member and the elasticity of the elastic member act between the cover material and the support member. Even if the building frames move apart or approach each other due to relative movement of the opposing building frames, and the gap between the building frames becomes wider or narrower, the elastic member will not respond to the displacement in this way. Since a part of the cover material can be absorbed, the response force of the spring member is expanded and improved, and therefore the cover material is not deformed, and its end portions can always be kept in a good state of tight contact with both building frames. Moreover,
The fixed member is always held in the center of the spring member by the holding mechanism, so as each building frame changes,
Even if the fixing member is tilted, the elasticity of the spring member and the elastic member always works well to prevent a gap from opening between the cover material and the building frame.

In the above configuration, the cover material 4 and the support member 2,
2, the elasticity of the spring member 3 and the elasticity of the elastic member 15 act, so even if the displacement of the opposing building frames 1, 1 is large, the elastic member 15 will absorb a portion of the displacement. Since the cover material 4 is able to absorb this, the response force of the spring member 3 is expanded and improved, and therefore the cover material 4 is not deformed and can always be tightly and tightly bonded to both building frames 1, 1 at all times. That is, when the gap S between the building frames 1, 1 widens due to the movement of the building frames 1, the spring member 3 is pulled on both sides and deformed, as shown by the dotted line in FIG. 3a stands out. However, at this time, the elastic member 15 expands due to the reaction force and prevents the fixing member 8 from lifting up, so the cover material 4 is held in the same position and a gap is prevented from forming between it and the building frame 1. . On the other hand, when the gap S between the building frames 1, 1 narrows due to the movement of the building frames 1, 1, the spring member 3 is pushed into the center and deformed, as shown by the dashed line in the figure, and the convex curved portion 3a is Gap S between skeletons
sink inside. However, at this time, the elastic member 15 absorbs the deformation and contracts to prevent the fixing member 8 from sinking, thereby preventing excessive force from being applied to the cover material 4. Note that, in normal cases, the spring force of the spring member 3 may be set to be equal to or greater than the elasticity of the elastic member.

Furthermore, even if the fixing member 8 is temporarily tilted due to the relative displacement of the building frames 1, 1 as described above, the reaction force of the cut and raised pieces 40, 40 constituting the holding mechanism a Since the fixing member 8 is always held at the central curved portion 3a of the spring member 3,
As shown by the two-dot chain line in the figure, the building frame 1,
Even if one of the outer surfaces of the cover member 1 is displaced so as to protrude more than the other outer surface, the fixing member 8 is prevented from tilting, thereby preventing a gap from forming between the cover material 4 and the building frame 1. It can be prevented.

Note that the holding mechanism that holds the fixing member 8 at the center of the spring member 3 is not limited to the above-mentioned example. For example, as shown in FIG. 3a, a coil spring-like spacer 41 is fixed to the fixing member 8,
The outer periphery of the spring member 3 may be in contact with inner walls on both sides of the convex curved portion 3a of the spring member 3. As shown by reference numeral 42 in FIG. 1B, this spacer may be in the shape of a leaf spring or bellows, and a portion thereof may protrude outward from the convex curved portion 3a. Furthermore,
As shown in FIG. 3C, a panel-shaped spacing member 43 having one end fixed to the concave curved portions 3b and the other end disposed within the convex curved portion 3a is attached to the inner surface of both ends of the stopper member 14. It may be configured such that they are in contact with each other.

Alternatively, the spring shown in FIG. Part 3
The elastic member 1 is formed in an H-shape as shown in FIG.
