（従来の技術とその問題点）自動車のリヤシートは、座席として使用しない
ときその空間を荷物の収納部として利用すること
がある。この場合、シートクツシヨン上に荷物を
直接載置するのが通例であるが、シートクツシヨ
ンが前起し可能に支持されている場合には、シー
トクツシヨンを前起しすることにより、シートク
ツシヨンとシートバツクとの間に大きな空間を確
保し、これを収納部として利用することも行なわ
れている。この種のシートクツシヨンの前起し構
造としては、実開昭60−110132号公報に開示の構

ところで本願出願人は、上記したリヤシートの
利用の仕方において、前起しされたシートクツシ
ヨンとシートバツクとの間に荷物用トレイを着脱
可能に横架して、収納された荷物をこのトレイで
隠蔽し、また急発進や急停車時に荷物が移動した
り倒れたりするのを防止するようにした荷物用ト
レイ支持構造について先に提案している。この提
案例を従来の車内構造の自動車にそのまま適用し
た場合、トレイを横架した収納部としてのリヤシ
ートの使用形態には、どうしてもリヤシートを荷
物の収納部としてしつらえ直したといつた感じが
残る。そこで、車内の美観を考慮した場合、上記
収納部としてのリヤシートの使用形態のもとで
も、車内の他の部分との間で十分な調和がとれる

前記デツキサイドトリムより延長された壁面とし

ツク２の上半部表面と連続する上半面部５ｃとが
形成されている。そして上記デツキサイドトリム
５の裾面部５ａは車内のコーナで滑かに湾曲し
て、シートクツシヨン１の前面がその裾面部５ａ
より延長された壁面として見え、同様に中段水平
面部５ｂおよび上半面部５ｃも車内のコーナーで
滑らかに湾曲して、荷物用トレイ４の表面および
シートバツク２の上半部表面がそれぞれ中段水平
面部５ｂおよび上半面部５ｃより延長された壁面
として見えることにより、左右のデツキサイドト
リム５からリヤシート３にわたる部分が全体とし
て段差構造をなす円弧状の壁面を呈するようにな
