Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily carry out the loading work of a sheet film by horizontally arranging and constituting a first loading part for holding a stacked sheet film and a second loading part inside a receiving magazine respectively. CONSTITUTION:A recording part 38 recording an image on an unexposed sheet film F by an optical system 36 and a carrying means 40 carrying the film F horizontally stacked and held into the receiving magazine Mr loaded on the second loading part 34, are provided inside of a main frame 10. The carrying means 40 sucks and pulls out the film F from the first loading part 26 one by one by a suction mechanism 48, and carries it to the recording part 38 via a carrying path 46, and further, an image is recorded on the film F by the optical system 36. After that, the film F is carried into a sub-frame 30 via the carrying path 46 to be carried in the receiving magazine Mr loaded on the second loading part 34. Thus, the loading to the first and second loading parts is carried out in a state where the receiving magazine is horizontally supported with respect to a horizontally stacked sheet film, so that the loading work is easily carried out.

[Prior Art] This type of image recording device is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 119-1983.
As disclosed in Publication No. 560, a first loading section that loads a supply magazine, a recording section that records an image on an image recording sheet film (hereinafter simply referred to as sheet film), and a receive magazine are loaded. and a second loading section, the sheet film is taken out from the supply magazine loaded in the first loading section and conveyed to the recording section, and after recording an image on the sheet film in the recording section,
It is known that the sheet film is transported and stored in a receive magazine loaded in a second loading section.

In this case, in the image recording device, the first loading section and the second loading section are provided on the side of the image recording device with their openings facing diagonally upward, and the supply magazine and the receive magazine are loaded by being inserted diagonally downward from the openings of the first loading section and the second loading section, respectively. In this image recording device, by loading both magazines diagonally downward, the sheet film can be pulled out from the supply magazine using the falling blade of the sheet film. This makes it easy to load the side magazine.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in reality, when loading the supply magazine and the receive magazine diagonally downward as described above, the rear end of each magazine is held at the time of loading to reduce the weight. The distal end of each magazine must be inserted into the opening of each loading section while being supported, which is disadvantageous in that it is difficult to perform the loading operation.

In addition, in order to make the loading work more or less easy, as disclosed in the same publication, it is necessary to make both loading parts protrude from the sides of the image recording device, which makes it easier to record the image. This was an impediment to miniaturization of the device.

The second detecting means 212 includes a detecting piece 222 extending downward from one end of an arm piece 190 that pivots the guide roller 184 on a support shaft 188, and a detecting piece 222 extending downwardly from the outer surface of the mounting plate 158 below the detecting piece 222. The detection piece 222 has a photosensor 224 fixedly attached to the arm piece 190 and the guide roller 184, and can swing around the support shaft 188. In this case, the tip of the detection piece 222 faces the photosensor 224 when the opening 132 of the loaded magazine Mr is closed by the shutter plate 134 and the guide roller 184 is swung upward as described above. When the guide roller 184 descends, it separates from the photosensor 224. Then, the second detection means 212 detects the detection piece 2 when the opening 132 of the loaded magazine Mr is opened.
22 separates from the photosensor 224, opening of the opening 132 is detected.

As shown in FIG. 6, the third detection means 214 includes a detection piece 226 extending laterally from the tip of the rotation shaft 168 of the locking mechanism 164, and a detection piece 226 located above the tip of the rotation shaft 168. Photo sensor 228 fixed to the inner surface of the panel section 154
The detection piece 226 is rotatable about the axis of the rotation shaft 168 together with the locking member 170. In this case, the detection piece 226 faces the photosensor 228 when the locking member 170 is rotated to the vertical position as described above, that is, the position where the removal of the magazine Mr is prevented. When the magazine Mr is rotated to a horizontal position, that is, a position where the magazine Mr can be removed into the sub-casing 30, it is separated from the photosensor 228. Then, the third detection means 214 detects that the locking member 170 is at the removal-preventing position when the detection piece 226 faces the photosensor 228 at the removal-preventing position of the locking member 170.

Note that these detection means 210, 212, and 214 are connected to a warning generation means (not shown) such as a buzzer or a light source, for example, via a signal processing device (not shown) that processes the detection signal. The loading of the magazine Mr is detected by the first detection means 210, and the second detection means 21
The third detection means detects that the locking member 170 of the locking mechanism 164 has been rotated to remove the magazine Mr from the sub-casing 30 while the opening of the opening 132 of the magazine Mr is detected by 2. When detected by 214, a warning is issued. This is because if the magazine Mr is removed from the sub-casing 30 with the opening 132 open, the sheet film F on which the image in the magazine Mr is recorded will be exposed and the image will be damaged. It is from.

At this time, the magazine Mr can be removed from the sub-casing 30, while the guide roller 184 comes into contact with the upper surface of the shutter plate 134 and rises. blockage is detected.

After this, if the magazine Mr is grasped by its handle 150 and pulled backward, the magazine Mr will be placed on the magazine mounting plate 152.
The magazine is removed from the sub-casing 30 while being placed thereon, and after being removed, it is removed from the magazine mounting plate 152. Further, the opening hole 32 is closed by the yutter plate 156.
