[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Industrial Application Field) This invention particularly relates to a mounting structure for a loading platform and a frame in a small truck (pickup truck).

(Prior art) Conventionally, the rear mounting structure of a low-floor loading platform (without vertical joists) G in a small truck is shown in Figures 5 to 5.
As shown in Fig. 7, a large bracket D is placed between the bolster (horizontal joist extending from side to side of the cargo platform) A and the end bolster (horizontal joist at the rear end) B through a bonding material C. Bolsters A and B are supported on the front and rear sides of the bracket D, and a floor surface F is formed on the upper part of the bracket D. The floor surface and the mounting surface are aligned, and bolts E are attached to the frame. It was something that had to be installed. Especially when the bottom heights of the bolsters are different,
This requires a large mounting bracket.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the above-mentioned conventional system, a bracket is provided over the entire height of the bolster, which increases its weight, which is a factor in high cost.
Furthermore, since the mounting surface of the bracket is horizontal, if water enters the bottom surface, it is difficult to drain the water, which may cause rust. Therefore, this invention is an attempt to improve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional one, and to obtain a mounting structure that ensures reliable support between the bolts and is lightweight and less likely to rust.

(Means for solving the problem) A diagonal bracket is interposed between the bolster and the end bolster of the low-floor truck loading platform to support the support, and the bracket is provided with a drop-in portion having a horizontal bottom. It is fixed to the frame.

(Function) With the above configuration, the end bolster is supported by one end of the mounting bracket via the joint, and the mounting bracket is tilted diagonally to support the lower end of the other bolster. Its support is reliable, it is easy to drain, and it can be made compact, so that its weight can be prevented from increasing and its cost can be reduced.

(Example) This invention will be further explained with reference to an example shown in the drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes a bracket, which extends between the end bolster 3 and the bolster 4 at an angle, the upper end 6 supports the lower corner 9 of the binding material 2 fixed inside the end bolster 3, and the other end is inclined. Bolster 4
The lower end portion 5 of the support member 4 comes into contact with the rear surface of the bolster 4 to support the bolster 4. Reference numeral 6 denotes a drop-in part provided below the inclined bracket 1, and has a horizontal bottom surface that contacts the top surface of the frame.A bolt 8 is inserted toward the frame through a hole 7 in the horizontal bottom surface, and the bracket 1 and the frame are screwed together. It is what it is. Therefore, the frame is fixed to the horizontal mounting surface, and the support between the bolsters 3 and 4 is provided in an oblique direction, so that the frame is securely and firmly attached. The arrows in FIGS. 2 and 4 indicate the front of the vehicle. Incidentally, as shown in FIG. 4, the above-mentioned support of the bolster can be applied not only to the rear of the vehicle body, but also when the bottom of one of the bolsters 4' is higher than the bolster 4 at the rear. That is, the upper end lower part 9' of the bracket 1 is brought into contact with the bottom of the bolster 4', the lower end 5' in the inclined direction is brought into contact with the bottom of the bolster 4, and the horizontal bottom of the drop-in part 6 of the bracket 1 is brought into contact with the bottom of the bolster 4'. Just fix it to the frame. 10 indicates the floor surface.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, since the bracket is inserted between the bolster and the end bolster at an angle, the entire structure can be made smaller and lighter, with an almost triangular shape compared to the conventional rectangular shape (Fig. 5), and the welded flange can be reduced. It can be attached to the floor without the need for a floor surface, and since the bottom surface is sloping, it is easy to drain rainwater from entering, and the support strength of the bolster is higher than when inserting ordinary brackets. Since there is no inferiority, it has excellent effects such as being extremely effective in reducing costs.
