製の制振板をつくりその外周に耐熱,耐油,緩衝
ゴムを介して該肉抜穴を嵌め込んだことを特徴と

構造のため肉抜穴の抜勾配付黒皮部に制振板の挿
込みが容易となる作用がある。

を設け、この肉抜穴に高分子材を挾んだ制振鋼板
製の制振板をその外周に耐熱、耐油,緩衝ゴムを
介してはめ込んだので、次のような効果が得られ
る。
