Claims (1)
- 固定挟持杆と、回動挟持杆とを、夫々の端部に
備える各咬着端を対向させて連結軸により枢支す
ると共に、両挟持杆の外面に夫々形成した嵌着穴
に、リング状ばねの各端縁をその縮径弾力により
夫々嵌入して、該リング状ばねにより両咬着端を
接近方向に付勢し、前記固定挟持杆をハンガーに
固定して該咬着端縁対で板状被処理物を挟持する
ようにしたことを特徴とする板状被処理物の保持
装置。
