より、緩衝ゴムの平滑面と凹部との境界面に接触
する部位に、第2図に示すような亀裂10が生
じ、耐久性が著しく低下する。このような問題の
解決にあたつては、単にバンプストツパーの形状
を改良するだけでは不充分であり、素材自体を強
化する必要があつた。

ポートと接触しない部位とができる。6は補強材
であつて、このバンプストツパーのアツパーサポ
ート接触部4と段差対応部5とにわたつて、厚さ
約4mmの6−ナイロン製の不織布を焼き付けたも
のである。7はロツド、8はダンパーの座面であ
る。
