う製作日数の短縮、コスト低減、成形機に対する
金型交換の合理化、簡易化を計らんとするもので
ある。

型板3に取付け、逆に、コア本体5aを前記と反
対方向に回転し、係合凹部9と扇形突出部6の係
合ロツクを解き、該突出部6を溝8を通しつゝコ
ア本体5aをコア嵌合孔7から抜き外すことによ
つて、コア5を可動側型板3から取外すようにし
て、コア5を可動側型板3に対して着脱交換自在
に構成したものである。

型交換作業の簡易化、製作日数の極減、コスト低
減などを実現し得る大きな特長がある。

角度回動してロツクすることにより、コアを可動
側型板に対して着脱自在に設け、 前記コア本体の上部およびコア製品部に対する

れ子式構成のキヤビテイブツシユおよびストリツ
パーブツシユとして形成し、 これらキヤビテイブツシユおよびストリツパー
