Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 観測対象の平坦面に生成された凹凸を観測する
ための凹凸観測装置であつて、 暗幕と投光装置と撮像装置とを有し、 暗幕は、内面に無反射面を備え、観測対象の平
坦面上を覆いかつ平坦面との間に微小間隙が生ず
るよう配置され、 投光装置は、前記暗幕の外側に前記微小間隙に
向けて配置され、微小間隙より暗幕の内側へ板状
光を前記平坦面と平行に照射することが可能であ
り、 撮像装置は、観測対象の平坦面の上方に配置さ
れ、対物レンズを暗幕の内側に平坦面と対向させ
て位置決めして成る凹凸観測装置。
