（従来の技術）従来、適所に時計を回転不能に付設した事務用
クリツプは例えば実開昭53−128082号公報などに

（考案が解決しようとする問題点）然しながら、この構成のクリツプにおいては時

むなどの用法に供される場合は針や目盛は上下が

合は時計の針や目盛りの上下が逆になつてこれを
読むのに錯覚を起し易く極めて不便となるなどの

（考案の作用及び効果）本考案は叙上のように二枚の板３，３′の中間
点を支壁４，４′および軸５により軸承すると共

て銜止部７を上向きとして起立自在のクリツプ本

モの銜止やメモスタンドなどの用途に供し得ると
共にその外面に止着した時計２によつて時間を知
了することができて極めて利便である勿論である
が、特に本考案においては時計２をクリツプ本体
１の外面に止着するに当りこれを回転自在とした
ので、例えば第３図に示すようにクリツプ本体１
を以てメモの上縁を銜止するようなときには時計
の下辺を当該銜込部の中央に位置するように回転
させ、また第４図に示すようにクリツプ本体１を
倒立させてメモスタンドなどとして使用す場合に
は時計２の上記の位置より半回転させて、その上
辺を銜込部の中央に位置するようにすることがで
きるものであつて、このようにすると前記のよう
な針や目盛の上下反転による時間の読違いなどを
確実に防止することができるものであつて、本考
案はこれによつて前記の問題点を充分に解消する
