Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 感材シートを露光用光路内で回転させるため、
感材シートがエア吸着によつて外周面に巻き付け
られるようにドラム駆動モータの駆動により回転
するドラムと、 前記感材シートに転接するようにモーラ駆動ロ
ータにより回転され、当該回転で感材シートをド
ラムに送り出すフイードローラと、 前記ドラムに巻き付けられる以前の感材シート
の移動速度を前記フイードローラ付近で検出する
検出手段と、 当該検出手段からの検出データに基づいてドラ
ムの回転速度に対する感材シートの送り速度が相
対的に大きくなるように前記ドラム駆動モータま
たはローラ駆動モータの少なくとも一方を制御す
る制御手段とを備えていることを特徴とする露光
装置の感材供給装置。
