【考案の詳細な説明】
(イ) 考案の技術分野
本考案は、自動車の給油部の構造に係り、詳し
くは燃料給油後の燃料キヤツプの締め忘れの防止

ものにあつては、第5図に示す如く給油終了後に
給油ガンを引き抜いた際に、フイラーリツドfを
閉じようとする力(矢印A方向)が作用してフイ
ラーリツドfが完全に閉じられてしまうことも相
俟つて、燃料キヤツプdの締め忘れが一層生じ易
く、その結果、締め忘れて後部トランク等に置か
れていた燃料キヤツプdが走行中に落下して破
損、紛失してしまつたり、燃料Fが洩れて車体が

の先行技術にあつては、燃料キヤツプを当該保持
手段に装着して初めて機能し得るものであり、取
り外した燃料キヤツプを従前の如く後部トランク
や屋根等に置いた場合には何等所期の目的を達成
し得るものではなかつた。加えて、斯かる従来技
術は、栓部のない燃料キヤツプの保持手段として
は都合が良いものの、昨今改良され広く普及して
いる調圧弁付樹脂製燃料キヤツプには不向きであ
るため、取り外した当該調圧弁付樹脂製燃料キヤ
ツプは後部トランクや屋根等に置かざるを得ない
不都合があつた。けだし、当該調圧弁付樹脂製燃
料キヤツプは、調圧弁を内装する栓部を有し大型
で重量があるため、斯かる従来技術の如く単に燃
料キヤツプを載置する保持手段では的確に保持し
きれず、落下して破損や紛失の原因となるからで
ある。従つて、このように調圧弁付樹脂製燃料キ
ヤツプを装備した場合にあつては、上述の如く取
り外した当該燃料キヤツプを、従前と同様に後部
トランクや屋根等に置かざるを得ないため、給油
後の燃料キヤツプの締め忘れを確実に防止するこ

ラーリツドが締まらない状態となる機構を具備し
て、燃料キヤツプの締め忘れの防止を図つた自動

燃料キヤツプの未装着時には燃料注入口方向へ移
動するストツパを設けると共に、フイラーリツド
の裏面には、燃料キヤツプの未装着時に上記スト
ツパの水平受圧面に当接する突起を設けたもので

き、当該凹部3を覆つてフイラネツク1及び燃料
キヤツプ5を保護している。尚、図示しないがフ
イラーリツド6には、第4図に示すバネgと同
様、開放された当該フイラーリツド6を閉じよう
とする力(矢印B方向)が作用するバネが取り付

いて、当該ストツパ9が支持突起11の軸方向
(図中、C方向及びD方向)へ移動自在に支持さ
れている。また、このストツパ9は、第2図の如
く燃料キヤツプ5の未装着時には、スプリング1
2が伸長してフイラネツク開口縁1a上に位置
し、且つ燃料キヤツプ5を装着する際に、燃料キ
ヤツプ5の鍔部5aが傾斜受圧面9bに当接する
ように設けられている。更に、第3図の如く燃料
キヤツプ5が装着されてスプリング12が短縮し
た際には、このストツパ9は鍔部5aの周面部に
当接するようになつている。また更に、第2図の
如くスプリング12の伸長時にストツパ9が支持
突起11から外れず、且つ第3図の如くスプリン
グ12の短縮時には、嵌入孔10の閉鎖端10a
と支持突起11の先端部11bが当接してストツ
パ9のD方向への移動が妨げられないように、嵌
入孔10の深さと支持突条11の長さは所要の寸

印F方向へ締め付けて装着すれば、鍔部5aが当
接する傾斜受圧面9bの作用でストツパ9が凹部
3の側面3a側へ順次押し付けられ、その結果、
第3図の如くフイラーリツド6を閉じてもフイラ
ーリツド6裏面の突起8が水平受圧面9a及び傾
斜受圧面9bのいずれにも当接することなく凹部
3内に収納されるので、フイラーリツド6を完全

燃料注入口と反対方向へ移動され、燃料キヤツプ
の未装着時には燃料注入口方向へ移動するストツ
パを設けると共にフイラーリツドの裏面には、燃
料キヤツプの未装着時に上記ストツパの水平受圧
面に当接する突起を設けたことを特徴とする自動
