(b) Regarding conventional technology Conventionally, threads made of medium-low pressure polyethylene resin, which has a high thermal melting point, have been used as the material for this type of net bag, and when attaching a label to this net bag, high-pressure polyethylene A resin sheet was used as a label and heat welded.

However, with this technology, the adhesiveness of the label material is low, so the label is easily damaged due to impacts during transportation or deformation of the bag (because it is a net bag, it deforms freely during handling), and the label is easily damaged due to high temperatures. When welded, the material of the net bag and label, which are stable at room temperature, melts and welds together, so when something is put into the bag, both the net thread and the label can easily break.

Furthermore, as a method of pasting the above-mentioned labels, it is also done by melting polyethylene resin as an adhesive onto the required parts of the mesh and pressing the label onto it, but in this method, the adhesive is Not only does it require polyethylene resin, but it also involves the processes of adhering the resin and pressing the label, making the process more complicated and raising the unit price of the product.

As a third method, it is preferable to use the net disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 58-34398 (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 59-163452) provided by the applicant of the present invention as an improvement on the above two methods. It's good, but it has the trouble of using two types of yarn as the material for the knitting net.

(c) Regarding the technical problem that the present invention aims to solve In view of the conventional technology described above, the present invention proposes a method for attaching a synthetic resin film label to a synthetic resin thread net bag by thermally welding the two. In addition, we have eliminated the need for complicated techniques such as using adhesives to attach the bags, and in order to achieve complete thermal welding, we have created a net using two types of resin threads with different melting points. The aim is to free you from the hassle of organizing a

(2) Regarding the structure of the invention (a) Means for solving the problems The present invention was devised with the above objectives in mind, and the means thereof will be described below. This invention uses two types of synthetic resins with different thermal melting points, and the net bag 1 is made of linear low-density polyethylene (L-LDPE), which is the material of the product label that is welded to it.
The bags are made from a net fabric knitted with threads made of medium-low pressure polyethylene resin, which has a higher thermal melting point than resin, and the label 3 welded to the net bag 1 is made of a net fabric knitted with threads made of medium-low pressure polyethylene resin, which has a higher thermal melting point than resin. Therefore, synthetic resin with a low thermal melting point, that is, linear low density polyethylene (L-
A label 3 made of the film is polymerized at a predetermined location of a net bag 1, and a predetermined welding area 4 is attached from the outside of the label 3 to linear low-density polyethylene, which is the raw material of the label 3. (L
-LDPE) The resin film is melted, but the medium-low pressure polyethylene resin that is the raw material for the mesh yarn is heated and pressurized at a temperature that melts only the linear low-density polyethylene (L-LDPE) resin in the welding area 4 to create a mesh. bag 1
The label 3 is welded to the corresponding part of the label 3.

(b) Functions and effects of the invention Although the invention has the above-mentioned structure, it is difficult to use linear low-density polyethylene (L-
LDPE) resin is a linear PE, so its melt elasticity is lower than that of LDPE (high-pressure processed PE), but its melt viscosity is high and its solid physical properties are superior to that of LDPE, such as tensile strength (stretchability), Impact resistance, rigidity, stress cracking resistance, heat resistance, heat sealability,
Excellent low temperature properties. Also, it has the characteristics of being more easily melted by heat and having greater adhesive strength than medium-low pressure polyethylene resin (net thread material).

Therefore, when the product label 3 is heat-processed on top of it, the material used is linear low-density polyethylene (L).
-LDPE) The resin film melts at the welding portion 4 and welds to the mesh thread of the mesh bag 1 faster than the mesh thread made of medium-low pressure polyethylene resin having a high melting point.

Therefore, the material of the mesh thread made of medium-low pressure polyethylene resin having a high melting point is not damaged at the welded part 4 of the label 3, and its strength is not weakened.

In addition, conventional labels use the same high-, medium-, and low-pressure polyethylene resin as the material for net bags, but these resins have low viscosity due to their material nature, and the net thread and label are welded together at high temperatures. Therefore, since both melt almost at the same time, it loses its strength as a mesh yarn,
A major drawback was that when something was put into the net bag, the net and the label would break simultaneously and instantaneously.

In the case of this invention, the thermal melting point of the mesh thread is higher than that of the label, and the material itself is not affected by heat, so the thread will not be damaged.Furthermore, the label material has a high viscosity and can be expanded and contracted. 3 is welded to the net bag 1, but it does not easily peel off or tear from the welded portion.

Furthermore, as described above, since thermal welding takes advantage of the characteristics of two types of materials (synthetic resins) having different melting points, there is no need for an adhesive unlike the conventional techniques already described. Furthermore, the present invention has many advantages such as there is no need to knit the net using two types of synthetic resin threads having different melting points as in the technique of JP-A-59-163452.

The degree of welding is better as the label film is thicker, so it depends on the thickness of the polyethylene resin netting thread, the size of the net bag 1, the size of the label 3, and the size of the label placed in the net bag 1. Since the handling of the net bag 1 differs depending on the product, it is also possible to freely change the thickness of the label depending on the type of product to be packaged.

Furthermore, when the label 3 made of this linear low-density polyethylene resin film is used, it has the advantage that the welding process is easy (because it melts easily in heat), the amount of electric heat is small, and the unit price of the product is much cheaper than conventional products.

In addition, the resin film has high viscosity and high impact resistance, so the film itself is strong and will not tear during transportation, and has low-temperature properties, so it can be used even in cold regions. It is extremely practical as a packaging net bag, completely fulfilling its mission as Label 3.
