Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 被検出材中の異物の存在を検出する異物検出
    装置において、 前記被検出材へマイクロ波を送信すると共に該
    マイクロ波の反射波を受信する手段と、 受信された前記反射波のレベルと所定の閾値と
    を比較する手段と を備え、該手段における比較結果に基づいて被検
    出材中に異物が存在していることを検出すべくな
    してあることを特徴とする異物検出装置。 ２ 断面円形の被検出材中の異物の存在を検出す
    る異物検出装置において、 前記被検出材の表層部に接線方向から対向して
    配されるべきアンテナと、 該アンテナを介してマイクロ波を送信すると共
    に該マイクロ波の反射波を受信する送受信部と、 該送受信部に受信された反射波を増幅する増幅
    部と、 該増幅部で増幅された反射波を整流する整流部
    と、 所定の閾値を決定する設定部と、 前記整流部の出力と前記閾値とを比較する比較
    部と、 を具備することを特徴とする異物検出装置。
