The present invention relates to a bagged low ash solid fuel that facilitates the supply of low ash solid fuel to a combustion device. Conventionally, coal pitch coke, petroleum coke, lignite, and various other low-ash solid fuels used in various combustion devices such as heating and greenhouses have attracted attention as useful fuels because they have very little residual ash, are cheap, and have high calories. However, apart from cases of large-scale consumption in factories, etc., in normal cases, predetermined amounts such as 10 [Kg] or 15 [Kg] are sold in bags made of cardboard or linen, etc., and consumers need them. According to the requirements, the required amount is taken out from the bag with a shovel, clips, etc. and supplied to the combustion device, and at the beginning of combustion, the low ash solid fuel is ignited by igniting it directly or in a kindling to perform the first combustion. After that, the low ash content solid fuel was running low and I was replenishing it one by one before the spark went out, but I had to take it out of the bag and replenish it while measuring the amount manually with a scoop etc. It was very time-consuming and often soiled not only the area around the device, but also hands and clothes, and it gradually crumbled into powder, making it unusable for Rostres. Additionally, measuring the amount of fuel by eye makes the amount supplied uneven and makes the next refill time uncertain, so if you want to do it accurately, you must always have a monitoring device such as a meter installed. In addition, paper, jute bags, etc. are hygroscopic and have a negative effect on the stored fuel, so care must be taken when storing them. Therefore, by improving the above drawback and supplying the required amount at a time when fuel replenishment is required, conventional low ash solid fuel was packed in paper bags in the required amount for combustion and supplied to the combustion device when continuous combustion was required. There was a drawback that ash from the paper bag remained. The inventor has already applied for utility model registration in 1988.
``Bagged low ash solid fuel'' in No. 180290 invention
However, when the fuel is put into the combustion equipment, the combustion power may be reduced in some cases, or the bag may cover the entire burning fuel due to falling conditions, blocking ventilation or causing high temperatures. Gas was generated in the bag, which had an adverse effect on combustion. Focusing on the above-mentioned problems, the present invention stores and encloses the required amount of low-ash solid fuel in a bag made of combustible synthetic resin and thinly laminated paper. The purpose is to peel off the seal when necessary and supply the bag to the combustion equipment for ventilation, and to allow the generated combustion gas inside the bag to dissipate through the ventilation hole so that no ash remains from the completely burned bag. shall be. The fuel storage bag for the low-ash solid fuel in bags of the present invention is made of a polymer that can be thermally decomposed and melted, such as vinyl, so it takes advantage of the fact that it will not burn eventually and produce combustion ash. Hereinafter, it will be explained in detail using examples. B in Fig. 1 is an example of an apparatus suitable for using the bagged low-ash solid fuel of the present invention, and in particular, combustion without loss using various low-ash solid fuels with a small amount of ash remaining after combustion. It is a device. Figure 2 shows the bagged low ash solid fuel A of the present invention, and the reference numeral 2 in the figure is a bag made by laminating thin paper on the outer surface of polypropylene, nylon, vinyl, polyethylene, or other flammable synthetic resin. . At least one ventilation hole 3a is bored at an appropriate location such as the top, bottom, or middle of the bag 2 (there are multiple holes in the figure), and a seal 3b is always applied, and the bag 2 is filled with the required amount of air. A low ash solid fuel 1 having an ash content of %, such as coke, lignite, petroleum coke, coal pitch coke, calcaina coke, molded coke, or briquettes, is stored and sealed. The seal is mainly made of paper, but may be made of other materials. The bag 2 used in this invention has a hanging hole 2 to the supply device so that it can be automatically supplied to the combustion device.
It is also possible to provide a ring 2b or the like which can be heated and melted. Furthermore, regardless of whether the bag is transparent, translucent, or opaque, there is no argument that advertisements or the like may be added to the paper on the surface of the bag. The combustion device B includes a receiving plate 4 that supports the bagged low-ash solid fuel A, and a cylindrical body 5 that surrounds the bagged low-ash solid fuel above the receiving plate 4 and forms a combustion chamber 5'. , a body 6 provided continuously at the upper end of the cylindrical body 5, a fuel inlet 6' provided at the upper end or side surface of the body 6, and a chimney 7. The cylindrical body 5 is made of metal, has legs 4b, has an intake space 4c between it and the receiving plate 4, and is not provided with a throttle. The heat retaining layer 4a inside thereof is made of a heat insulating material.
In the figure, 8 is a lid, 9 is a ventilation hole, 10 is a ring for opening and closing the ventilation hole 9, and 11 is an ignition material. The action of the low ash solid fuel in the combustion device B is that during the first combustion, the low ash solid fuel A, which is placed in a bag with vents or bare, is combusted by igniting the ignition material, and oxygen is When supplementary combustion is required, a new bag of low-ash solid fuel with the seal peeled off is automatically or manually added. Note that the combustion device is not limited to what is illustrated. During the above combustion, the ignition heat reaches a high temperature of 1,200°C or higher, and the bag thermally decomposes and melts almost instantly, eventually burning without producing harmful gases.
Since the material is polymeric and has no fibers, it does not produce ash, and it is used in lignite with an ash content of 5% or less, ogalite, petroleum coke and other cokes with an ash content of 1% or less, charcoal, charcoal briquettes, and other low ash content. Coupled with the high-temperature combustion of low-ash solid fuel such as briquette charcoal made from briquettes, no ash remains in the combustion equipment, and even when the bagged fuel is input, it melts almost instantly.
Moreover, since it has ventilation holes, there is no risk of blocking air intake or digestion, even though it is a synthetic resin bag with no air permeability. Also, since the laminated paper is extremely thin, the ash content is minimal. The bagged low ash solid fuel of the present invention having the above structure and action is as follows:

[1] The main material is a synthetic resin that melts in a short time when burned, and the surface is laminated with a thin layer of paper. It is sealed in a sealed bag 2 with ventilation holes, so when handling it, it is difficult to handle it with your hands, tools, etc. It is possible to replenish the combustion device in a pre-measured amount at a time without contaminating the combustion device or its surroundings. Furthermore, even if some of the solids collapse and become powdered, they can be used as they are in a combustion device without a rooster, so there is no waste. In addition, the surface lamination has improved the moisture-proofing and waterproofing effects, as well as the reinforcing effect.

[4] Since no ash is produced after combustion, the hassle of ash disposal and the occurrence of pollution can be reduced.
Moreover, unlike coal, small charcoal, etc., which have a high ash content and, as combustion progresses, causes ash-covering and does not become an open flame, resulting in a low temperature state, the stored low-ash content solid fuel becomes smaller as the combustion progresses. However, since there is almost no ash, it exists as an open flame, retains high heat, and can reliably melt the next bag thrown in, so there is no danger of the fire being extinguished.

[5] In the case of shaped fuel called briquettes, the water-absorbing nature of the water-soluble glue and molasses used for binding during shaping has the disadvantage of damaging paper bags and causing the fuel to absorb water. The present invention is highly water resistant and does not have such drawbacks, and
It is a practical idea that is cheaper than cardboard, etc., hard to break, solid, and suitable for transportation and storage.
