Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit an easy manufacture of decorative plate, even of an elaborate design by a method wherein a film body is stuck by suction closely to surface and the inner surface of a through hole, after which a part of the covering made by the film-like body corresponding to an opening part on the rear side of the through hole is cut off for removal therefrom. CONSTITUTION:After formation of decorative plates 5 having a through hole 4 made therein on a gas-permeable plate material 3, the surface 15 of the decorative plate 5 is covered with a preheated thermoplastic film-like body 6, which is then stuck to the surface 15 by suction. The surface 15 is also covered with an unheated thermoplastic film-like body 6, which is then heated and stuck to the surface 15 by suction. Since the plate material 3 is gas-permeable, the film-like body 6 is easily and accurately stuck closely to the surface 15 and the inner surface of the through hole 4. A part 25 of the covering made by the film-like body 6 corresponding to an opening part 24 on the rear side of the through hole 4 is subsequently cut off for removal therefrom.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the method for manufacturing a decorative laminate with perforations according to the present invention includes forming a decorative laminate main body by providing through holes in an air-permeable board material. After forming, the surface of the decorative laminate body is covered with a pre-heated thermoplastic film body, and the film body is suctioned to the surface side by kneading, or unheated heat is applied. Heat a ridgeline film-like material whose surface is covered with Masatomo using a plastic film-like material. 11C. The film-like material is laboriously suctioned with kneading, and the film-like material is kneaded into the surface and the inner surface of the distribution hole. and then close the opening on the back side of the through hole with the lid 1. The part corresponding to the open part of the film-like body is cut and removed.

(Function) If the film-like material is sucked into the surface of the decorative board main body, the film-like material easily and reliably adheres to the surface and the inner surface of the through hole, since the board material has air permeability. .Also, if an irregularly shaped recess is formed on the surface of the decorative board body, or if the inner surface of the through hole is made into a complicated shape, the film-like body will change according to the shape. , it is possible to manufacture decorative boards with complex designs.

[実施例] 以下、実施例を示す図面に基づいて本発明を詳説する。[Example] Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail based on drawings showing examples.

Therefore, in order to manufacture this decorative laminate 1, a through hole 71.4 is formed in the plate material 3 shown in FIG. 1A as shown in FIG. 1B (7 to form the decorative laminate main body 5. The board material 3 has air permeability and is made of plywood particle board, fiber (MDF) board, etc. In this case,
The thickness T of the plate material 3 is preferably about 4IIIm to 12+m.

Then, from this state, the fill l and the shaped body 6 are suctioned toward the front surface 15 side by the vacuum suction device 8, but in this case, the front surface 1
5 and/or the back surface of the film-like body 6 is coated with an adhesive. Here, the vacuum suction device 8 is equipped with a double series of tatami mats 7, a main body 9 for receiving the tatami mats 7, and a vacuum pump (not shown), and the main body 9 has a recess 10. A communication hole 11 is connected to the recess 10 in communication. A vacuum pump (not shown) indicated by -1 is connected to this communication hole 11, and when suction is performed by this pump as shown by the arrow, a vacuum chamber 13 formed by the recess 10 and the back surface 12 of the tatami mat 7 is created. It is considered to be in a vacuum state. In addition, in Tatami language 7, there are many communication paths 14.

Reference numeral 17 is composed of an upper wall 18 and a side wall 19, and the lower edge 20 of the side wall 19 presses the end 6a of the film-like body 6, and is opened and closed by reciprocating as shown by the arrow by a cylinder mechanism 21. Further, a through hole 22 is provided in the upper wall 18, hot air etc. are sent through the through hole 22, and a pressure chamber 23 is provided inside the lid 17.
As a result, the film-like body 6 is pressed toward the facing surface 15 as shown by the arrow.

Therefore, when hot air is sent into the lid 17, the film-like body 6 is heated and easily deformed, and in this state, the vacuum chamber 1
3 is in a vacuum state, the pressing force of the pressure chamber 23 in the direction of the arrow and the suction force toward the front surface 15 of the vacuum chamber 13 act on the film-like body 6, as shown in FIG. 1D. Similarly, the film-like body 6 covers the outer surface 15 of the main body 5 and the inner surface 1 of the through hole 4
6, and the opening 24 on the back side of the through hole 4 is covered. In addition, if the film-like body 6 is made to have a high thermal adhesive property, the film-like body 6 can be brought into close contact with the facing surface 15 by heating without using an adhesive.

Further, if the air sent into the lid 17 is not hot air, the film-like body 6 may be heated in advance before the film-like body 6 is exposed and placed on the surface 15. The heating temperature is about 150° in both cases.Next, if the opening corresponding portion 25 is cut and removed from the state shown in Fig. 1D, the through hole will be formed as shown in Fig. 1E. 2... can be formed.

Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and the design may be changed without departing from the gist of the present invention. For example, the number and shape of the through holes 4 are of course free;
It is also possible to form recesses of various shapes in the hole 5. In this way, if the recesses are formed on the outer surface 15 or the inner surface 16 of the through hole 4 has various shapes, the recesses can be formed. The decorative laminate can have a complex shape. Furthermore, it is also possible to perform surface processing such as embossing pattern processing when the film-like body 6 is in close contact with the facing surface 15 and is in a heated state. Specifically, a roller or the like engraved with various patterns is pressed against the surface of the film-like body 6. In addition to the embossed pattern, it is also possible to process the surface of the film-like body 6 into a mirror shape.
