Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 直流電源によつて充電される第１のキヤパ
シタンス手段の両端子間に、第２のキヤパシタン
ス手段、その両端電圧が所定値を越えると負性抵
抗特性を示す負性抵抗手段、及び、起動信号を受
用する起動信号受用手段を直列接続したことを特
徴とする電力変換回路の起動手段。 (2) 前記負性抵抗手段にトリガー・ダイオード
を用いたことを特徴とする請求項１記載の電力変
換回路の起動手段。 (3) 前記負性抵抗手段にシリコン・ユニラテラ
ル・スイツチ又はその等価回路を用いたことを特
徴とする請求項１記載の電力変換回路の起動手段
。 (4) 前記負性抵抗手段にシリコン・バイラテラ
ル・スイツチ又はその等価回路を用いたことを特
徴とする請求項１記載の電力変換回路の起動手段
。 (5) 前記負性抵抗手段に双方向２端子サイリス
タ又はその等価回路を用いたことを特徴とする請
求項１記載の電力変換回路の起動手段。 (6) 前記負性抵抗手段に、サイリスタ又はその
等価回路の両主端子間に二つの抵抗を直列接続し
、この両抵抗の接続点をそのゲートに接続したも
のを用いたことを特徴とする請求項１記載の電力
変換回路の起動手段。 (7) 前記第１のキヤパシタンス手段に、電源コ
ンデンサを用いたことを特徴とする請求項１〜６
のいずれか１項に記載の電力変換回路の起動手段
