However, all conventional fencing materials suffer from significant rusting, deterioration, and damage when immersed in seawater for long periods of time, and their durability is only four to five years. In addition, they are generally heavy and require a great deal of effort to construct.
Moreover, the cost of parts was high.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is a hollow flat plate made of blow-molded synthetic resin that is durable against immersion in seawater, and at least one of the front and back plates constituting the hollow flat plate. The gist is that a reinforcing rib that forms a groove is erected on the plate, and the deepest part of the rib that forms the groove is joined to the back side of the other plate.

According to the present invention, the reinforcing ribs provided on at least one of the front and back plates of the hollow flat plate form a concave groove, and have a special shape in which the deepest part is joined to the back side of the other plate. It is a rib. By providing such ribs, the front plate and the back plate are connected to each other by the ribs, and a large number of small sections are formed that are closed by the ribs, the front plate, and the back plate, resulting in high compressive strength. In addition, the deepest part is joined to the other plate to form a double plate structure, which is rich in elasticity and maintains high strength.

When subjected to an impact, the space between the closed small sections becomes an open groove and tends to expand.
In addition, the part of the double plate structure that is the deepest part of this rib serves as a core to spread the opening of the groove, and it becomes easy to bend so as to return the spread of the opening, and the whole deforms and absorbs the impact energy. absorb effectively. In this way, by arranging the ribs, the compressive strength when receiving an impact can be distributed evenly.

Next, to explain how to use it, in order to install it on a seawall as a barrier material etc., anchor bolts 6 are planted in the seawall concrete 7 using a hardening agent as shown in Figs. The anti-shock equipment material of the present invention is attached to the side surface of the concrete revetment 7 using bolts 6. They are arranged in several rows in the vertical direction and in tandem along the longitudinal direction of the concrete revetment 7, and when the ship 8 approaches the shore, this acts as a buffer material to prevent damage.

Figures 8 and 9 show the case where it is installed on a floating pier 10, and since the impact protection equipment material of the present invention is hollow and has buoyancy itself, it is useful for stabilizing the floating pier 10. If the impact protection equipment material of the present invention is laid in the form of a panel on the slab surface of the pier 10, it can be used as a part of the constituent members of the pier 10, and construction can be carried out in a short period of time. Especially in tourist areas, they can be easily installed and removed each season.

As described above, when a ship is hit by a ship berthing, the inventive port impact protection equipment absorbs the impact evenly by expanding the groove-forming portion of the hollow flat plate. Furthermore, since it has a double structure in which the deepest part of the rib is joined to the back side of the surface plate, it has a high compressive strength, so it is extremely excellent in terms of weather resistance and deterioration resistance.

Furthermore, it is durable against immersion in seawater, and its lifespan can be more than doubled compared to conventional products. In addition, since it is a hollow body, it is lightweight and easy to handle, and buoyancy can be used.Furthermore, since it is panel-shaped, various variations can be selected for stacking and arranging, and installation work and repair can be easily performed. Moreover, the production cost is also low due to blow molding.
