一方に平行に固設された一対のラツク部材と、 前記車体側のレールと前記座席側のレールとの
他方に一体的に回転可能にそれぞれ支持され、前
記一対のラツク部材の一方に前進方向側の歯面に
接して噛合する前ピニオン部材と、前記一対のラ
ツク部材の他方に後進方向側の歯面に接して噛合
する後ピニオン部材とを備えたことを特徴とする
