クリユー部材に相対的に回転可能に螺合し、前記
車体側のレールと前記座席側のレールとの他方に
支持されるナツト部材と、動力により回転可能な
ウオームおよび該ウオームに噛合して前記スクリ
ユー部材を一体的に回転可能なウオームホイール
が内装されるギアケースとを有し、 前記収納部を形成する前記座席側のレールまた
は車体側のレールの面壁を内方に切り起し、該収
納部の内部で対向するように一対の保持片を形成
