本考案は、振動、衝撃を受ける所に設置される

の回動力が加わると、腕３３の回動規制部３３ａ
がブラケツト部１１の開口部１１ａの内面に衝当
して、該樹脂ケース取付け用アダプター３の回動

付けパネルは、緩衝部材を介在し、それぞれが接
