Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the work on a floor structure safe and simple and to prevent occurrence of cracking in concrete by arranging a plurality of box girders which couple both end parts of adjacent lattice members, and by joining them through the intermediary of spacers. CONSTITUTION:A pair of lattice members 4 in which upper and lower beam members 5, 6 are coupled to each other by means of curved members 7, are laid side by side. Further, the upper beam members 5 are coupled together by a corrugated member 8, and both end parts of the upper and lower beam members 5, 6 are coupled together by pairs of arched end fixing members 9, 9 so as to form a box girder 1 having an arched cross-sectional shape. Then, a plurality of box girders 1 are laid side by side on a deck plate 3 having such a size that the arched end part fixing members 9 at both ends of the box girders 1 are projected outward from the deck plate 3, and are joined together through the intermediary of spacers 2. With this arrangement, it is possible to prevent the lattice members 4 from falling down and from being bent when a worker works on the floor structure.

Specifically, each upper chord member 5.5 is connected by a corrugated member 8, and both ends of each upper chord member 5.5 are supported by the upper sides of a pair of portal end fixing members 9, 9. In addition, each lower chord material 6.6
Both ends of the box girder are fixed inside a pair of gate-shaped end fixing members 9, 9, thereby forming a box girder with a gate-shaped cross section. In this case, the joining position of the upper chord member 5 and the corrugated member 8 is arranged between the joining position of the upper chord member 5 and the bending member 7. Note that all joints are fixed by welding. The spacer 2 has a chevron portion 10 with a flat top and a flat base portion 11.

By pressing a steel plate, a concave part and a convex part are arranged in parallel so as to correspond to the chevron part 10 and the flat base part 11 of the spacer 2, and the side ends are bent. The length of the deck plate 3 in the direction of the uneven portion is slightly shorter than the length of the box girder 1 (formed so that the gate-shaped end fixing member 9 protrudes from the deck plate 3).

Next, the assembly procedure of this floor structure material will be explained. First, the flat skirt portions 11 of the spacer 2 are welded to the convex portions of the deck plate 3 at predetermined intervals. Next, the lower chord member 6 is placed and welded on the top of the chevron portion ]O so as to be orthogonal to the spacer 2, and the box girder 1 is joined. At this time, the gate-shaped end fixing members 9 provided at both ends of the box girder 1 are made to protrude from the deck plate 3, and the ends 9a of the gate-shaped end fixing members 9 and the deck plate 3 are brought to the road level. do. Further, in this case, two box girders 1 are installed in parallel, but the number of box girders 1 is not limited to this.

Figure 5 shows an example of this floor structure material being constructed at a construction site. That is, the gate-shaped end fixing material 9 of the floor structure material is attached to the beam 12 and the inside of this portal-shaped end fixing material 9 is placed! The edge of the deck plate 3 is placed and welded. Then, a mesh-shaped wire mesh 15 is placed from above the lattice material 4 near the beam 12 to which the floor structure members are connected. It consists of an upper end distribution bar 17. In this case, the upper chord material 5 of the lattice material 4
Since the corrugated material 8 and the gate-shaped end fixing material 9 are fixed to the lower surface of the wire mesh 15, it is easy to place the wire mesh 15 (and the stability is high. Also, the lower end connecting bars 18 are bound to the lower chord material 6.6 with wire. This lower end connecting bar 18 is placed on the angular part IO of the spacer 2, but since the top of the angular part 1O is flattened, the lower end connecting bar 18 can be easily placed (Fig. 2). 2, there is an upper end distribution bar 1 placed on top of the upper chord member 5.
A lower end distribution bar 20 which is iaW is attached on top of the lower chord member 9 and the lower chord member 6. This lower end distribution bar 20 needs to be passed through the lattice material 4 at the construction site, so it may be installed in advance at the factory. In addition, if the casing 12 is a concrete formwork 13, as shown in No. 6 TXJ , the end 9 of the portal end fixing member 9
Fix a with nails 14.

Further, in this embodiment, since the end 9a of the portal end fixing member 9 is provided in the direction of the beam 12, it can be laid even if the width of the beam 12 is narrow. Note that this end portion 9a may be bent outward to form a hat shape, and when transporting the floor structure material, the gate-shaped end fixing member 9 serves as a gripping portion, making it easy to transport.
