本考案はごぼう、さつま芋、人参等の根菜類を
目減りを防止しつつ皮むきすることができる根菜

(実施例)
以下に本考案を図示の実施例に基ずいて詳細に
説明すれば、1は角形の槽体であつて、該槽体1
内には周面が複数の平面部2と各平面部2を繋ぐ
曲面部2aとをもつて形成した断面が略多角形状
の金属製の皮むきロール4の適数本が円弧状に配
設されている。皮むきロール4はアルミニウムの
ような金属製のロールの表面に砥粒層3を形成し
たものであつて、砥粒層3により皮むきの能率が
高められるとともに、平面部2により根菜類は適
確に攪拌流動されて表面が削られ過ぎることがな
いようになつている。4aは皮むきロール4間に
介在されたブラシロールであり、該ブラシロール
4aも皮むきロール4と同様に周面が複数の平面
部4bと各平面部4bを繋ぐ曲面部4aとに形成
されている。このブラシロール4aは根菜類の攪
拌流動をより高めるためのものである。皮むきロ
ール4とブラシロール4aの各回転軸5の両端は
槽体1の側壁を貫通して槽体1の外方に突出され
たうえ軸受6,6により軸支されている。7は一
方の軸受6より突出される各回転軸5の一端に取
付けられる鎖車であり、各隣接する鎖車7はチエ
ン8により相互に連繋されている。9はモータ1
0により駆動される減速機であり、該減速機9の
鎖車11と2本の皮むきロール4の鎖車7aとが
チエン12により連繋されてモータ10の駆動力
を皮むきロール4およびブラシロール4aに伝動
するようになつている。13はモータ10の鎖車
と減速機9の鎖車とを連繋するチエーンである。
なお14は多数の細孔を有する散水管、15は材
料投入可能な安全カバー、16はキヤスター、1
7は根集類の排出用シユート、18は根集類排出
用の扉である。第1図に示されるように、本実施
例ではブラシロール4aを2本の皮むきロール4
の次に設けているが、これらを交互に設けてもよ
い。しかし皮むきロール4のみを用いた場合には
内部に投入された根菜類の流動が悪化する傾向が
認められるので、ブラシロール4aと組合わせて

菜類は同一の皮むきロール4上に滞まつて削られ
過ぎることなく、適確に攪拌流動されて順次次の
皮むきロール4に送り込まれてゆき、砥粒層3を
持つ皮むきロール4によつて効率よく皮むきされ
てゆくこととなる。また、これらの皮むきロール
4の間にブラシロール4aを組合わせて配置すれ
ば、根菜類の流動はより円滑に行われることとな
る。しかも皮むきロール4は金属製であつてブラ
シロールのような変形を生じないので、長期間に

状に配設したものであるから、根菜類は皮むきロ
ール間で過度に表面を削られることなく皮むきが
行なわれ、また、ブラシロールのようにブラシに
曲りぐせが付くことがないから効率よく皮むきが
できるうえに、ブラシのような弾性がなく、しか
も表面に砥粒層を持つから皮むきが早くでき、大
量の根菜類を短時間で処理することができる等の
多くの利点を有する。よつて本考案は従来の根菜
類の皮むき機として実用的価値極めて大なるもの
