- 直線方向に摺動可能に支持されたリニア移動台
と、該リニア移動台の移動方向に沿つて設けられ
モータにより回転されるリードスクリユウおよび
前記リニア移動台に設置され前記リードスクリユ
ウに係脱可能な噛合部を備える精密移動用駆動系
と、前記リニア移動台の移動方向に沿つて配置さ
れモータにより駆動されるベルト、該ベルトの表
面に形成された係合部および前記リニア移動台に
設置され前記ベルトの係合部に係脱可能な係止部
を備える高速移動用駆動系とを含んでなるリニア
駆動装置。
