従来のＡ／Ｄ変換器試験回路の１実施例を示すブ

試験Ａ／Ｄ変換器、３はデイジタル帯域通過フイ

Claims (1)
- 低歪正弦波を出力する高精度正弦波発生器と、
上記高精度正弦波発生器のアナログ信号をデイジ
タル信号に変換する被試験Ａ／Ｄ（Ａｎａｌｏｇ
ｔｏ Ｄｉｇｉｔａｌ）変換器と、上記被試験
Ａ／Ｄ変換器のデイジタル信号から所望の周波数
成分のみを取り出すデイジタル帯域通過フイルタ
と、上記デイジタル帯域通過フイルタのデイジタ
ル信号をＸ軸に、上記被試験Ａ／Ｄ変換器のデイ
ジタル信号をＹ軸に表示するデイジタル２次元表
示器を備えたＡ／Ｄ変換器試験回路。
