Claims (1)
- 上下動するインデツクステーブルにインゴツト
が垂直に支持され、駆動回転するブレードに対し
直線的に水平移動して所定厚さに切断する切断装
置において、インゴツトの切断付近におけるブレ
ード上方にブレードの変位量を測定する変位計を
設置し、インデツクステーブルとインゴツトとの
間にピアゾアクチユエータを介在すると共に、該
ピアゾアクチユエータにその変位量を測定する変
位部を取付け、ピアゾアクチユエータがブレード
の変位量を検出する変位計の検出値に応じて微小
範囲上下方向に移動するようにした切断装置。
