Claims (1)
- 耐食、耐摩耗性向上のため焼入ダイス鋼などの
高硬度材で製造した分割型スクリユにおいて、同
スクリユ内径部に設けられる回転トルク伝達のた
めのキー又はスプライン溝両端部の同キー又はス
プライン溝構成部に、本体と異なる材料で焼入固
さがHRC40以下で、かつ引張破断伸び2%以
上の延性の高い材料を摩擦圧接や肉盛溶接法など
で接合一体化し、この接合された接合部材がキー
又はスプライン溝の一部を形成することを特徴と
するプラスチツク成形機用分割型スクリユ。
