Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve burn-in at a plurality of types of temperatures at the same time with one burn-in device by allowing one burn-in device to have a plurality of burn-in baths whose temperature can be controlled. CONSTITUTION:A burn-in device is divided into burn-in baths 1a - 1d with four furnaces by a heat-insulating structure wall. The burn-in baths 1a - 1d independently have a blower 3 and a heater 4 and the burn-in baths 1a - 1d allow temperature to be controlled independently. Then, two burn-in baths out of four burn-in baths are set to 125 deg.C and burn-in of type A is executed. The remaining burn-in baths 1c and 1d are set to 100 deg.C and burn-in of B is executed. In this burn-in device, the burn-in devices are independent so that not only the burn-in temperature but also the burn-in time can be independently executed.
