The sleeves c provided at the four corners of the plurality of synthetic resin shelf boards b are fitted into the front, rear, left and right tubular metal struts a on which wheels are mounted on the lower ends, and the mantles c are arranged vertically adjacent to each other. In the transport vehicle, in which a synthetic resin spacing tube d is interposed between each of the mantle portions c of the shelf board b, and an uppermost shelf board fastening member e is fitted to the upper end of the support column a. We propose a transport vehicle in which a tubular cushion material f made of rubber or soft synthetic resin is interposed between the sleeve part c of the uppermost shelf board b and the uppermost spacing tube d, and the transport vehicle has a high temperature. In a workshop, when the synthetic resin part expands more than the metal support, it has elasticity that is interposed between the mantle part c of the uppermost shelf board and the uppermost spacing maintenance pipe d. A tubular cushion material f made of rubber or soft synthetic resin is compressed between the two and elastically contracts, absorbing the difference in expansion between the synthetic resin part and the metal support, and the carrier is in a freezer, In a refrigerator, when the synthetic resin part contracts more than the metal support, the tubular cushion material f made of rubber or soft synthetic resin expands elastically, thereby causing the synthetic resin part to shrink more than the metal support. The difference in shrinkage between the carrier and the metal support is absorbed to prevent rattling or loosening of the carrier.

Then, the spacing tube d section expands more than the metal strut a, and as shown in FIG. If f contracts, moisture exists between the cushion material f and the spacing tube d, making it slippery, or if an impact is applied to the cushion material f, as shown in Figure 10. The lower end surface of the cushion material f slides on the upper end surface of the spacing tube d, and the lower end of the cushion material f fits into the outer peripheral surface of the upper end of the spacing rod d, causing the cushion material f to malfunction. There was a problem with getting used to it.

In addition to fitting the mantle parts arranged at the four corners of the resin shelf board, synthetic resin spacing tubes are interposed between the mantle parts of the vertically adjacent shelf boards, and the support pillars are A top shelf board tightening member is fitted to the upper end, and a tubular cushion material made of rubber or soft synthetic resin is interposed between the mantle part of the top shelf board and the top space maintaining tube. The present invention relates to a transport vehicle characterized in that rigid rings are fitted onto the outer peripheral surfaces of the upper and lower ends of the tubular cushion material, respectively.

Therefore, the lower end edge of the tubular cushion material does not fit into the upper end of the spacing tube.

The cushion material can absorb the difference in expansion and contraction that occurs between the synthetic resin part and the metal support of the transport vehicle, thereby preventing rattling or loosening of the transport vehicle. When 7 contracts,
When there is moisture between the cushion material 7 and the synthetic resin spacing tube 5 on the uppermost stage and the spacer is in a state where it is easy to slide, or when the tubular cushion material 7 is forced against the synthetic resin shelf plate 3 on the uppermost stage. When a load is unloaded and receives a shock, the lower end surface of the tubular cushion 7 tends to slide horizontally on the upper end surface of the uppermost spacing tube 5, but the rigid ring 7a The deformation and displacement of the tubular cushion material 7 in the radial direction is restrained, and the lower end of the tubular cushion material 7 fits into the outer periphery of the uppermost spacing tube 5 as in the conventional case, thereby impairing the function of the tubular cushion material 7. Never.
