Traditionally, plastic molded products have been widely used for food display containers, decorative railings, picture frames, etc. as they are inexpensive and easy to mass produce. In order to make small-sized molded products using plastic materials, it is possible to integrally mold a predetermined overall shape by injection molding, extrusion molding, etc. At this time, there is not much plastic material used, and the entire It was also relatively light in weight.

However, when it comes to large plastic molded products with a side length of about 40 to 60 cm, it is difficult to injection mold them in one piece, so to make a thick plate-like product, for example, multiple thin plates are pasted together. The need arose. As a result, there were problems in that more plastic raw materials were used, the overall weight became heavier, and the cost also increased.

Therefore, containers for storing heavy foods, etc., or long plastic molded products have low durability and are difficult to be widely used.

There were disadvantages in that strength and adhesive strength were low, and dirt on the surface was difficult to remove.

This formwork member P has a first wall 1 and a second wall 2 that are substantially parallel to each other, and has an upper wall 3 and a lower wall 4 that are continuous with the first and second walls 1 and 2. It has an elongated flat plate shape with an internal space S.
