る幾種かの受け金具を準備しておく必要があるば
かりでなく固着部分のボルトの締付け力によつて
のみ充填コンクリートの重量を支持しなければな
らないため耐荷重性に不安がある。また実開昭59
−173741号公報記載の装置においては、受け棒が
その支持具に対してスライド自在に支持されてい
るため、上記した問題点が解消されるが、受け棒
の支持具がH型鋼に穿設されている透孔を利用し
て取付けられるようになつているため、受け棒の
設置間隔はH型鋼に穿設されている透孔によつて
規制され、またH型鋼の連結のために該透孔が利
用されている個所、あるいは透孔の無いH型鋼に
は利用できないという不都合を有している。

を備え、該吊り下げ部材2と該後方支持部5との
間に、前端部6が該吊り下げ部材2の上端部7に
枢着され、後端部8が該後方支持部5の上部に枢
着されて前方に向つて斜め上方に延びるH型鋼の
前後壁の内側寸法より長い支持軸9を設け、該支
持軸9が腹起し用H型鋼4の下方よりその前端部
6が上方に傾斜する姿勢でH型鋼4の前後壁4
A,4B間に挿入し、後方支持部5をH型鋼4の
後壁4B下縁に仮止着したのち前方支持部3のア
ジヤストスクリユー15又は24を締め込むこと
によつて、該支持軸9の前端部6を該H型鋼4の
前壁4A内面の上部に圧接されて前方支持部3を
降下不能に位置保持されるように構成してなるも
のである。尚支持軸9としては第5図及び第6図
に示すようなターンバツクル手段なども使用可能
で、その調整部10の一方に右ネジロツド11が
螺合され、他方に左ネジロツド12が螺合されて
なるいわいる加減リンク引締ねじと称されている
伸縮可能な機構を具備したものが適用される。こ
れは、H型鋼4のサイズが異なる場合に支持軸の
長さを可変とすることによつて適合させるもので
ある。

コンクリートCの充填によつて受け棒1の前半部
に大きな荷重がかかつてもその荷重は支持軸9の
前端部6からH型鋼4側に負荷される。したがつ
て、受け棒1が確実に保持され、またコンクリー
トCの乾燥後は受け装置を容易に取り除くことが
でき、工事の作業能率の向上に役立つ。

5は第3図に示しているように受け棒1が挿通可
能な短管体17と該短管体17の前側部に設けた
突起体18と該短管体17の後側部に設けた突片
19および該突片に螺合される締付けボルト20
とからなり、該突起体18と該突片19との間の
凹部にH型鋼4の後壁4B下縁を位置させ、ボル
ト20の締付けによつて該後方支持部5をH型鋼
4に止められるようになつている支持軸9は、前
端部6を吊り下げ部材2の上端部7に枢着され、
後端部8が後方支持部5の上部に枢着されて前方
に向つて斜め上方に延びており、そしてその長さ
は、H型鋼4の前後壁4A,4Bの内側の寸法よ
り長い。尚支持軸9として第5図及び第6図に示
すようにターンバツクルを用いるとも本考案に属
し、ターンバツクルは周知の如く、中央部に回動
操作される調整部10を有し、該調整部10その
一側から右ネジロツド11が、他側から左ネジロ
ツド12がそれぞれ螺合されてなり、例えば、右
ネジロツド11の前端部6に吊り下げ部材2の上
端部7が枢着され、左ネジロツド11の後端部8
が上記後方支持部5の突起体18に枢着されてい
て、該ターンバツクルの有効長さはH型鋼4の前
後壁4A,4Bの内幅寸法よりも充分大きいもの
が適用されている。

19とからなり、前記実施例同様に該突起体18
にターンバツクルの後端部8が枢着されて構成さ
れている。

裏込めコンクリートの型枠受け装置は、受け棒1

方支持部5を備え、該前方支持部3に上方に延び
る吊り下げ部材2が設けられ、該吊り下げ部材2
と該後方支持部5との間に、前端部6が該吊り下
げ部材2の上端部7に枢着され後端部8が該後方
支持部5の上部に枢着されて前方に向つて斜め上
方に延びる支持軸9が設けられてなるものである
から、後方支持部5をH型鋼4の後壁4B下縁に
止着し、アジヤストスクリユー15又はナツト2
4を締め込んで支持軸9の前端部6側をH型鋼5
の前壁内面下方に引き下げることによつて支持軸
9で前後壁4A,4B間を突つ張り固定し、受け
棒1をH型鋼4の下面側において前後動自在に支
持することができ、H型鋼4の矢板Yとの間に自
由に突出させることができる。その上、前方支持
部3はH型鋼4の前壁4A内面に向つて斜め上方
に当接した支持軸9の前端部6に吊り下げ支持さ
れているから、この前方支持部3の下方向への耐
荷重性が著しく大きく、受け棒1の突出部に負荷
されるコンクリート重量によつて受け装置が脱落
する心配は全くない。従つて、後方支持部5の仮
止め用であるボルト20は必ず設けなくてはなら
ないものではない。また受け装置のH型鋼への取
付け、取り外しが簡単であるため工事の作業性の
向上に役立つなど実用上好都合な効果を発揮す
る。
