Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate sticking work at job-site by arranging a pair of edge materials near the internal surface of a form for forming a body, installing a spacer, which is deformable between the edge materials due to compressing force, pouring concrete inside the form and removing the form after hardening of the concrete. CONSTITUTION:Edge materials 1 and 2, a supporting piece 7, cover plate 18, gasket 25 and anchors 29 and 30 are prefabricated in a factory and sent to a job site. A telescopic coupling device 10 is assembled with a spacer 34 intervening between the mounting sections 32 and 33 of the edge materials 1 and 2 and fixed by a pin 35. In the next step, the telescopic device 10 is fixed to a form 4 by joiners 37 and 38. Concrete is poured in the space surrounded by the forms 4. After hardening of the concrete, the joiners 37 and 38 are removed, and then, sealing material is charged to keep air tightness.
