Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 投光素子を有し光ビームを検出領域に向かつて
照射する投光部と、 前記投光部の光軸より一定角度を持つて交叉す
るように配置され、物体からの拡散反射光を受光
し、その受光面の物体の反射率に応じた受光分布
を与える位置検出素子を有する受光部と、 前記位置検出素子の両端より得られる信号に基
づいて物体の被検知部分の位置を検出する信号処
理部と、を有することを特徴とする位置センサ。
