Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 平行な光ビームを検出領域に向かつて照射する
    投光部と、前記投光部の光軸より一定角度を持つ
    て交叉するように配置され物体からの反射光を受
    光する一次元センサを含む受光部を有し、受光位
    置に基づいて物体までの距離を検出する光電セン
    サであつて、 測距範囲に位置する物体からの反射光を受光し
    て前記一次元センサに与える凸レンズと、 前記測距範囲より近傍に位置する物体からの反
    射光を集光し受光信号を得る近距離検出手段と、 前記受光部の一次元センサ出力により連続した
    出力を与えると共に、前記近距離検出手段からの
    検知信号によつてその出力を出力範囲の一端に固
    定し、前記一次元受光部に反射光が与えられず前
    記近距離検出手段から検知信号が得られないとき
    にはその出力を出力範囲の他端に固定することに
    より物体の位置に対して単調に変化する出力を得
    る信号処理部と、を具備することを特徴とする光
    電センサ。
