調整することは極めて困難であった。The technique of winding the strip while pressing the touch roll against the outer periphery of the winding roll makes it possible to tighten the winding tightly, prevent air from being entrained, and prevent the roll end face from shifting, resulting in a beautifully aligned roll. It is known that it has excellent effects such as making the outer diameter uniform, correcting the runout of the winding, and winding it in a perfect circle. Conventionally, winding devices for this purpose have been used to wind up strips of general paper, plastic films, etc. For example, in the continuous strip winding device proposed in JP-A-59-57847, the winding core is Since the elastic touch roll is attached to the tip of the stand fixed to the arm to which it is attached, the touch roll is pressed against the take-up roll even when the take-up arm is rotating. Furthermore, in the take-up device proposed in JP-A-61-20305403054, even when the take-up arm is moving, the auxiliary touch roll is pressed against the take-up roll surface by an auxiliary touch roll provided on the wind-up shaft support so as to correspond to the wind-up shaft. It is being That is, since the touch roll is pressed against the take-up roll from the start of winding to the end of winding, the end faces of the rolls are well aligned, the winding hardness is constant, and the winding quality is improved. However, when the object to be wound is a photosensitive material, the surface of the web is extremely susceptible to scratches, and if pressure or scratches occur during winding, serious defects such as fogging will occur, and product quality will be significantly degraded. For these reasons, conventionally, a touch roll has not been pressed against the roll surface of a photosensitive material to wind it up. By the way, in the past, it was possible to obtain a roll that was hard and free from slippage even without using a touch roll to wind the photosensitive material, but recently the winding speed has increased (web speed 300 m/min). (above), and as the winding roll becomes longer (winding length of 600 m or more), the amount of air caught between the web layers increases, resulting in deterioration in winding quality such as misalignment of the roll end face and loose winding. I put it out. To solve this problem, measures such as increasing the winding tension have been considered, but depending on the type of web, increasing the tension may cause the web itself to deform.
It is not possible to make the winding firmer by simply increasing the tension. Therefore, it has become desirable to wind the winding using a touch roll that does not trap air between the eyebrows. A turret type touch roll winding device has been proposed. In each figure, 51a, 51. b is the winding core, 52 is the winding core 5 at the tip
1a and 51b are attached, and the arm is rotatable about the arm shaft 53, 54 is a support stand to which the arm shaft 53 is attached, 55 is a running web, and 56 is a take-up roll. The running web 55 is then guided by a conveyance guide roll attached to a winding device frame (not shown), and the winding core 5
1a or wound around the winding core 51b. A touch roll stand is fixed to the arm 52 at its center, that is, an arm shaft 53, and touch roll support levers 57a and 57b are movably supported on both sides of the arm shaft 53 of the touch roll stand. Roll support lever 57a. Touch rolls 58a and 58b are rotatably attached to the tip of 57b. In the state shown in FIGS. 4(a) and 4(b), the touch roll 58a is in contact with the take-up roll 56 wound around the winding core 51a. In this state, in order to press the touch roll 58a against the take-up roll 56, the touch roll 58a must be placed on the side opposite to the contact pressure load direction.
8a and the weight of the touch roll support lever 57a, in addition to the predetermined contact pressure, the touch roll support lever 57a
It is necessary to apply a fluid pressure to the cylinder 59 that is the sum of the weight of the touch roll support lever 57a and the weight of the touch roll support lever 57a (IIi pressure, arrow A). FIG. 4(b) shows a state where the winding roll 56 has become larger and is just before the end of winding. In this state, the touch roll support lever 57a
1, the force in the direction opposite to the contact pressure load direction due to the own weight of Tanchiro-J 58a and the gravity of the touch roll support lever 57a decreases, and the fluid pressure applied to the cylinder 59 must be lowered (ij12 Pressure: arrow B). FIG. 4(c) shows the state immediately before the arm 52 rotates clockwise (arrow X) about the arm shaft 53 and enters the web canting operation. In this state, the weight of the touch roll 58a and the gravity of the touch roll support lever 57a add to the contact pressure, so cylinder fluid pressure must be applied in the direction of decreasing the touch roll contact pressure (pressure: arrow C). As you can see from the above explanation, from the beginning of the volume to the S
Although it is possible to press the touch roll against the surface of the winding roll 56, it is necessary to increase or decrease the fluid pressure applied to the cylinder 59 for adjusting the contact pressure, and in order to protect the web surface, winding with a low contact pressure is required. It is difficult to adjust the contact pressure to a constant level from the beginning to the end of the winding, and the contact pressure control mechanism is difficult. jI is becoming more and more sloppy. In particular, in order to press a touch roll against a photosensitive material and wind it up, as mentioned above, in order to protect the quality of the web surface, the contact pressure with which the touch roll is pressed against the take-up roll must be set low. It was extremely difficult to make precise adjustments during winding.

It is necessary to adjust the force of the cylinder that adjusts the contact pressure in accordance with fluctuations in this acting force, that is, from the beginning to the end of each winding operation, it is necessary not only to adjust it in accordance with gradual fluctuations, but also to adjust it in relation to sudden fluctuations. I suddenly noticed. In particular, in order to protect the web surface and to obtain a constant contact pressure from the start of winding to the end of winding with a low contact pressure to prevent winding misalignment, in other words, the touch roll contact pressure is kept constant every time the arm 52 turns 180". Therefore, it was difficult to adjust the fluid pressure applied to the cylinder 59, and the touch roll contact pressure control mechanism was found to be complicated. The present invention was made based on the above findings. It is an object of the present invention to provide a winding device that can wind a photosensitive material without requiring a complicated touch roll contact pressure control mechanism and without causing defects such as capri. After a predetermined length of a strip is wound, a new winding shaft is placed at a winding position and the winding is performed. This is achieved by a winding device characterized in that the touch roll movement II structure is configured such that the moving direction of the touch roll during the winding operation of the strip is horizontal. According to the invention, the contact pressure side door that applies the fluid pressure to the cylinder that adjusts the touch roll contact pressure from the start of winding to the end of winding is simplified, and a constant contact pressure can be obtained, and defects such as capri can be avoided when winding the photosensitive material. Not triggered.

In each figure, la and lb are the winding cores, and 2 is the winding core 1a and lb at the tip.
is attached, and the arm can rotate around the arm shaft 3, 3a and 3b are shafts connecting the two parallel arms 2,
4 is a support stand to which the arm shaft 3 is attached, 5 is a running web, and 6 is a take-up roll. In this embodiment, the case where there are two arms 2 will be explained, but there may be three or more arms 2, such as three or four arms. A tantilol mechanism is provided inside the arm 2. The configuration of the touch roll mechanism is a touch roll 7a. 7b, a touch roll support bracket 8, a fluid pressure cylinder 9 for adjusting contact pressure, a touch roll unit IO that supports the above-mentioned parts, and a guide rail that slidably supports the touch roll unit IO on the arm 2. (The guide rail is a linear motion system such as an LM guide or a slide bearing) 11, and a drive device for moving the touch roll unit 10, for example, an AC servo motor I2. In this embodiment, the touch roll units 10 corresponding to the cores 1a and lb are separate and independent units, but the touch roll units 10 corresponding to the winding cores 1a and lb are separate and independent units.
In the case of a type in which winding is not performed in which two winding shafts are rotated simultaneously, one tantil roll unit 10 is connected to the winding core 1a.
, lb, or a single drive system for moving the touch roll unit 10. Then, when the feed shaft 13 is rotated by a predetermined amount by the AC servo motor 12 via the gear 18 etc. in response to a signal from the position control controller, and the feed nut 14 screwed into the feed screw of the feed shaft 13 is moved, the touch roll The touch roll unit 10 is moved by a predetermined amount by the movement of the feed nut 14 connected to the unit IO.
The bearing 17 is slidably provided through the bearing 17.
Touch roll 7a by etc. 7b is rotatably attached. Touch rolls 7a, 7 are included in the touch roll unit 10.
A fluid pressure cylinder 9 is provided to adjust the contact pressure of b, and this fluid pressure cylinder 9 is connected to the touch roll support bracket 8, so that it can be set even when the take-up arm 2 is turning. It is configured to apply fluid pressure calculated to be a contact pressure to the cylinder 9. The contact pressure control section consists of a setting section, an arm angle detector,
It consists of an electric-fluid pressure converter, and based on the contact pressure set by the setting section, sends an electric signal corresponding to the angle pre-calculated from the signal from the arm angle detector to the electric-fluid pressure converter, A predetermined fluid pressure (air pressure) is applied to the cylinder, and the contact pressure of the touch rolls 7a, 7b becomes 0. It is controlled to have a width of 5 to 2.5 kg/100 mm. By the way, in the winding device configured as described above, as shown in FIGS. 3(a) and 3(b), at the beginning of winding the web (photosensitive material), the touch roll 7a is in contact with the winding core. The web 5 that has started to be wound on the web 1a, that is, the surface of the take-up roll 60, is pressed with a contact pressure of 0°5 to 2.5 kg/100 mm width, and as the winding diameter of the take-up roll 6 increases, the touch roll The fluid pressure cylinder 9 applying a pressing force to 7a is pushed back. Then, when the sensor installed on the fluid pressure cylinder 9 detects that the fluid pressure cylinder 9 has been pushed back, the touch roll unit 10 is moved backward by a predetermined amount by the moving mechanism. Note that even if the touch roll unit 10 retreats, the fluid pressure cylinder 9 pushes out the stroke length (here, the predetermined length of one movement of the touch roll unit 10 is shorter than the stroke length of the fluid pressure cylinder 9). ), the touch roll 7a remains pressed against the surface of the take-up roll 6. This operation is performed as the winding diameter of the winding roll 6 increases, and the touch roll 7a is pressed against the surface of the winding roll 6 until the web winding is completed as shown in FIG. 3(c). However, during this process (the previous step shown in FIG. 3(C)), the moving direction of the touch roll 7a is horizontal, so the weight of the touch roll 78, etc. has almost no effect on the touch roll contact pressure (touch Roll 7a is the third winding roll 6.
If the contact is made at the rightmost end in Figure (b), the weight of the touch roll 7a, etc. has no effect on the contact pressure, and if it deviates to the upper position, it will have an effect, but if the deviation is slight, the weight of the touch roll 7a etc. will not affect the contact pressure.
Even if the weight of the cylinder 8 etc. has a slight effect, it is easy to control the fluid pressure of the fluid pressure cylinder 9. Incidentally, FIG. 3(b) shows a state in which the winding diameter is increased, and the position of the winding core 1a in this state is referred to as the normal winding position. After the web winding is completed, as shown in FIG. 3(C), the arm 2 turns clockwise in the direction of arrow X, the winding roll 6 moves, and the winding core 1b is positioned at the winding position. do. Since the touch roll 7a and the touch roll support bracket 8 are located below the take-up roll 6 even during the rotation of the arm 2 when the take-up roll 6 moves from FIG. 3(b) to FIG. 3(C), The weight of the touch roll 7a due to gravity and the weight of the touch roll support bracket 8 do not act on the take-up roll 6, so there is almost no adverse effect. Even if the rotation is affected, if the cylinder 9 is configured to be pressurized with fluid pressure equivalent to the weight of the touch roll 7a and the weight of the touch roll support bracket 8 depending on the rotation angle, the take-up arm 2 can be A constant contact pressure can be obtained even when turning. FIG. 3(d) shows that a predetermined amount of winding onto the winding core 1a has been completed, and
The web 5 is cut by a cutter device (not shown), the web 5 is wound around a new winding core 1b, and winding has started.

。In the winding device according to the present invention, after a strip of a predetermined length is wound, a new winding shaft is placed at the winding position! The winding device is provided with a touch roll movable in correspondence with the winding shaft, and the moving direction of the touch roll is horizontal during the winding operation of the strip. Since the touch roll movement mechanism is configured, even if the touch roll retreats due to an increase in the winding diameter at the winding position, this movement is in the horizontal direction, so it is not affected by gravity.
It is extremely easy to adjust the contact pressure of the touch roll, and it is also extremely easy to adjust the contact pressure of the touch roll while the take-up arm to which the winding shaft is attached is rotating. By using this winding device for winding, the edges of the winding roll are aligned, the winding is firm, there is little occurrence of winding misalignment, and even when the photosensitive material is wound with this winding device, it does not cause fogging problems, etc. It has the following features.
