An air supply section and an exhaust section are provided, and a double-structured supply/exhaust hose is connected to the rear end of the handpiece body to connect the air supply section and the air supply path in the inner pipe of the supply/exhaust hose. A silencer tube is loosely fitted around the outer periphery of the connection part, and one end of the tube is fitted to the rear end of the handpiece body, and the exhaust section is branched into one end of the silencer tube and an exhaust path between the inner and outer tubes of the supply/exhaust hose. The middle part of the muffling pipe is formed into a bellows shape, and a first exhaust port is provided at the other end of the pipe, and an exhaust path is opened at the base end of the supply/exhaust hose to form a second exhaust port. death,
A noise filter made of porous material is attached to the exhaust port. It is equipped with a sound filter.
