接する一方の枠壁を他方の枠壁に枢着するいずれ
か一方の枠壁における外枠の垂直部の突条の複数
箇所に切欠を設け、これら切欠内へ開き部が突条
を通つて挿入されたヒンジ環に他方の枠壁の外枠
を固着してなる篭形手押台車を提案し、これによ
つて上記問題を一挙に解決しようとするものであ

先ず第1図ないし第5図に示す第一実施例は四
隅にキヤスタ1を装着した荷台2上に背面と両側
を枠壁3とし、正面に枠扉4を回動自在に枢支し
てなる形態の台車であつて、この考案において
は、これら枠壁3及び枠扉4を以下に述べるよう
に構成するのである。すなわち、第2図におい
て、アルミニウム合金製の中空部5と一体に形成
した突条6とからなる管材7を、屈曲部のみ前記
突条6を切り欠き、かつ突条6が内側に向くよう
に折曲して、ほぼU字形の外枠8を形成し、この
外枠8と同質材から成る水平内枠9と垂直内枠1
0の端部を、リベツト等の固定具で前記突条6間
又は該突条6と下部縁材2′間に固定し、全体と
して格子状に形成する。この場合、水平内枠9を
太めの中空材とし、これを貫通させた垂直内枠1
0との交差部を、リベツト等で固定する(第2A
図参照)。更に枠扉4を枢支する枠壁3の外枠8
にあつては、前記突条6の垂直部の数箇所に切欠
11を形成し(第2図参照)、一方開き部12を
有するヒンジ環13を準備し、その開き部12か
ら突条6が突出する状態で、前記管材7に挿通さ
せておいた前記ヒンジ環13を、前記切欠11内
で回動させてから、その開き部12の箇所で、第
4図に示すように、枠扉4に溶接結合する。この
状態にあつて、ヒンジ環13は切欠11の上下の
突条6によつて、その上下動を阻止されつつ、枠
