[Conventional technology] Conventionally, in order to apply a drug to the required location,
Usually, a small cotton swab, brush, gauze, or absorbent cotton is impregnated with a small amount of the drug, which is stored in a glass or plastic container with an openable stopper, and then applied to the desired area of the human body. . In this case, handling is quite cumbersome because the stopper must be opened and carefully applied before use. In order to solve this problem, directly coatable containers having a liquid-permeable coating surface at the opening are provided and commercially available. However, since the applicator comes into contact with the patient, it may become contaminated with foreign matter, dust, etc., and direct application may be painful and cannot be used depending on the condition of the affected area.

In addition, as a method to prevent the application member from coming into contact with the affected area, there is a liquid container equipped with a mechanism for spraying the liquid, but if it is necessary to wipe the affected area, use gauze or absorbent cotton impregnated with the liquid. There must be. Products for this purpose include cotton, nonwoven fabric, paper, etc. impregnated with a liquid agent and then sealed and packaged in a flexible plastic film, but there is a risk of touching the liquid when using it and staining the hands.

[Structure of the Invention] [Means for Solving the Problems] The gist of the present invention is a liquid application container that seals and stores a liquid, the container having a cylindrical hard plastic part, An applicator is loaded into the hollow part of the hard plastic part, and a thin part is provided in the hard plastic of the outer cover at the place where the applicator is loaded, and by applying stress in the lateral direction to the hard plastic part, the hard plastic part is applied in the thin part. This is a liquid agent application container configured so that the plastic part breaks and the application member is exposed to the outside, forming a shape suitable for application. The application member is preferably made of a material that is permeable to the liquid agent. Further, the application member is preferably made of a porous material or a long fiber bundle. The hard plastic portion to be broken and separated from the liquid application container body further preferably has an end opposite the broken end having a shape capable of fitting into the broken end of the liquid application container body. . Furthermore,
Preferably, the hard plastic part to be separated by breaking has a shape that allows it to be fitted again after being separated at the end opposite to the main body of the liquid application container. The liquid application container can include an ointment storage portion.

An applicator is loaded into the hard plastic member, and a thinned portion is provided in a predetermined hard plastic member outside the loading location of the applicator.
With such a configuration, by applying a force to the hard plastic member, for example, by using fingers or the like to break it, that is, by applying a stress in the lateral direction,
The hard plastic member is easily broken at the thinner portion. This exposes a portion of the application member to the outside, giving it a shape suitable for application. That is, since the tip of the applicator is exposed to the outside and the applicator part inside the hard plastic member is fixed, the tip of the applicator plays the same role as the tip of the brush tip and is suitable for application. takes shape. Since the liquid is sealed and stored on the fixed side of the application member, the application member is moistened with the liquid in this state, so the liquid can be applied to the required area as it is.
Or you can wipe the necessary areas with a liquid agent.

The container must be tightly sealed with the liquid agent 4 inside. The hard plastic member 2 is provided with a thinned portion 3 approximately at its longitudinal midpoint, having a reduced thickness, 0.05 to 0.5 mm, preferably 0.1 to 0.2 mm. The shape of this thin portion 3 is, for example, a V-shaped groove as shown in FIG. It is important to set the structure so that it is difficult to apply force under normal conditions and is easy to break only when force is applied from the side. In order to apply stress with fingers, a length of 20 mm or more is provided on both sides of the thin wall portion 3, so that it has a portion that can be pinched with fingers. The hard plastic member 2 has a structure in which both sides of the thin part 3 in the middle of the hard plastic member 2 have a certain width, that is, 20 mm or more.

Hard plastic members 2 on both sides of this thin section 3
When the hard plastic member 2 is ruptured at the thin wall portion 3 by applying stress so as to be bent, a part of the hard plastic member 2 is separated into a hard separation portion D and a liquid application container main body, as shown in FIG. Then, the application member 6 is exposed as shown in FIG. That is, this thin portion 3 is located on the side of the hard plastic member 2 of the application member 6 and the liquid agent storage portion, and when cut at the thin portion 3, preferably about 3 to 5 mm of the application member 6 is exposed. The application member 6 is preferably one that has good permeability to the liquid, is inert to the liquid, has good shape retention, feels pleasant when applied to the skin, and does not easily generate pieces of the application member. For example, a material in which a large number of acetylcellulose-based long fibers are fixed into a bundle to form a columnar shape as a whole, or a porous material can be used. This application member 6 is preferably fixed to the liquid application container main body so that it does not move. The method of fixing it is to
It is necessary that the part a, which is longer than the length b of the part, is housed in the liquid storage part (side), and the application member 6 does not move to the liquid storage side when force is applied to the exposed part. A stopper is provided for this purpose. The ratio a/b is preferably in a range of 2 or more.

[Effects of the Invention] The liquid application container of the present invention has a structure in which the hard plastic member has a broken part, and firstly, it is completely sealed during storage, can be easily opened when applying the liquid, and the amount of liquid is small. By reducing the amount of liquid to a size that can be used once or a few times, it can be made into a small, lightweight, and portable form.Secondly, a part of the container can be broken to expose the application member directly, making it easy to apply the liquid. We were able to obtain remarkable technical effects such as being able to provide a convenient and portable solution application container that can be applied.
